[Resolved] Naukri Hr Department — cheated me by saying one amount and debited another amount | |||
i got a call from Naukri Hr they told they are from Naukri (resume 2 job) and told me to pay Rs.2500 for resume updation and i followed their instruction to fill the form over phone. they told me to give the password of my account i too gave the same. but they dedected Rs.11, 660. i got the sms and i asked them how came u debit and i requested to refund. they are saying ur given ok for all our conditions in the site so not possible to refund the amount. it is hard core cheating. im sleepless. pls help me out. I dont know whether they are really from naukri or not. if not pls requesting ur help to get my money back. pls very kind of you. pls find the details. call from : [protected], [protected]. Here the caller is using the name of naukri.com to gain trust to try and offer himself legitimacy. Please avoid any contact with the caller in question.
On basis of past complaints from jobseekers, we encourage you to be wary of emails that
• Ask your personal, non-work related information such as Credit Card numbers or Bank information over phone or email
• Do not provide a call back phone number or provide contact information that is outside the country
• Ask for monetary transactions, money-transfers, or payment for Job Applications, conducting interviews, or any other such employment/recruitment related purpose
• Promise a guaranteed job
• Promise emigration and ask for money to process visa, etc
