[Resolved] Naukri — naukri fast forward | |||||
This is to bring to your notice the following facts; 1) i had opted for naukri fast forward service since 10 april 2018 for naukri domestic and naukri gulf by paying rs 7880/- 2) i was promised that the profile would be highlighted with coloured tags to stand out of the profile and would refresh the page every week. 3) to my surprise when i logged in to naukri gulf page it was showing "last updated 7 days ago" and fact of the matter is i called customer care of naukri fast forward to raise my concern and talk to the representative but again to my surprise i got response from naukri saying we cannot call back "you should call on the number shared in the mail" is what the response was. 4) job openings shared was almost same as what we get in free service and when i wrote below mail asking clarification on naukri dometic and naukri gulf below was the reply; "dear team It is with great pain i am writing this email where i am completely dissatisfied with the services offered by naukri. 1) job recommendation is the same which i was getting earlier when i was free member 2) no update on naukri gulf services, when i checked my naukri gulf profile on 19 april 2018 it showed last update 7 days ago which means no action has been taken on naukri gulf profile. If this is the kind of service offered i wish to inform kindly refund the amount as i have no hopes on getting good service from naukri." Regards, Jobmail team Naukri.com" They did not even bother to call back and check what was the issue and did not reply properly for the queries asked with regards to naukri gulf. I am looking forward to early resolution from naukri team for failing in delivering the services promised and also advise all job seekers not to invest any time and money for opting naukri fast forward service as it will not benefit in any way.
