They offered me job and i was a student who is in search of job so i believed
Them and they made all there effort for believing me and they contact me
Through mail and through mobile also first they said you have to pay registration
Fee 1000rs i have paid and next i went with a telephonic interview and i started
Trusting them and they said you got qualified and you have been offered 24, 000
Rs as salary so now you have to pay 4150 for certificates verification and i have
Paid that amount also after few days they contacted me and said your
Certificates are genuine you can go for interview on 25th in vijayawada and i got
A doubt when they asked me to pay 10, 000 rs again and i realized and said
Cancel the job and refund my money but they are not at all responding and
Picking up the calls so i wanted to file a complaint regarding this i am ready for
Further proceedings and i have all the mails and transactions and call
Conversations as evidences so i kindly request you to help me in issue. Please

They have offered me job in colorbar.

Just for counter check i called my friend who is hr head in colorbar and found that this recruitment firm is not working with them nor job offered (Marketing western region) was available.

To be frank i got a phone call from your representative mr. Abhishek on 07.07.2020. He told me that he was from naukri.com and added he had confirmed with me all details what i had updated nukrii.com.

Moreover he informed me many a recruiters are awaiting for you and already one job is available in essar steel india limited, visakhapatnam and this is conglomerate. Further more he added that there was a opportunity and it goes with you. If you are willing to do job i will make sure to arrange interview call from the company. But this our request first of all you need to pay naukri registration fees. I paid this registration charge after 3 or 4 conversation by phone moreover he sent bank account number -[protected], naukri india pvt. Ltd, sb i, sbin000910 and mail id [protected]@naukrigroup.in. I got receipt from him. It looks original with complete address along with gst number.

To be frank i got interview call letter after few hours and it was mentioned clearly the date and time. We must appreciate their fraud nature. They clearly mentioned this is going apedemic covid19. If you need to attend directly in interview you will make sure to have covid test certificate otherwise it is better to get tele conference call on 09.07.2020 from 10.0am to 3.0pm. 3 rounds of interviewers. I have got prepared as per their instructions and we had call from hr. He introduced him self that his name was satish and he connected one of his interviewer and she had taken interview from me and she had satisfied and moreover she appreciated me also.

After few hours i had received another interviewer it was around 3.0pm and he asked many a questions like a professional in civil and finally he got satisfied and he informed me to have another final call for salary and designation.

To be frank i didn't take even food until i got the final call. I had a final call around 4.0pm on 09.07.2020. He asked me about the previous company details, present company details and what would know about essar steel india limited. I had informed him clearly what i known. Finally he satisfied with me and he decided my designation as a assistant manager in construction and 11.20 lakhs package.

After minutes i had a phone call from naukri abhishek. He appreciated me alot and he informed about the service charge. The total service charge for this post 40, 000/ and you need to pay 30, 000/-. He clearly informed me that i would arrange offer letter once i got money from you. Finally i had negotiated with him to pay 15000/- now and i would pay 2 installments rest of the amount. Finally agreed after 3 or 4 conversations with his manager and i sent money 15000/- for naukri india pvt ltd.

To be frank the very next day i went down the essar company. I came to known the company was sold out a few months ago and the company name was change and arasoli mittal group and confirmed with them this is fake.

The very next minute i made a call to abhishek and he convinced to get proper information from his manager. The next day i got call from his manager and he confirmed with me the all details moreover he assured me to inform very soon and he confidentally told me we are from naukri. There was not any chance to make a fraud.

Finally they didn't receive my phone call and i haven't got any information from them.

Now i confirmed my self. This well planned fraud from naukri group.

I am requesting you please make me any help if there is any possibility.

I activated paid service in naukri, on 14/7/20 i received a call from the naukri verification department said we are refunding the amount for that they asked me to provide bank details and that website asking for otp due to this incident i lost 15000 money. Even i am not entered any amount in that website but it will show only u are going send 10rup only.

Got a call with a number [protected] on my registered number on naukri.com. Her name was anjali and she informed me that i have paid services activated on my account and company has decided to deactivate that service and provide full refund due to covid situation and also asked me to fill in details on link as https://www.refund2naukri.com/index.php. as soon as i browsed the site. I found something fishy about the site. And when i asked about naukri.com main centre address. The lady was unable to answer and started speaking sternly that if you dont want to deactivate you can disconnect the call and she did that from her end with the risk of getting caught.

I had received a phone call from no. [protected] named as hr ishika aggarwal naukri.com registered on truecaller.
She informed me that my profile is shortlisted for two major pharmaceutical companies and i need to send my details of certificate and marks card and to make payment of 750/- which will be refunded to me after getting the job.
I personally don't believe in paying money and responding to such opportunities. As i told her no, she kept the call. She contacted me 2 times before explaining about money.

Almost your site has been filled with them, I uploaded my CV on your site as i am looking for a new job in E-commerce industry but first of all i didn't found my required E-commerce section there so then i chose some relevant heads in it so that i could register myself on your site and i thought i would get some opening which would be relate with my profile and after registration i saw a lot openings and applied there and also received mails but you know in mails what i found? All the mails came from consultancies 100/100, could you believe i tried almost all numbers i got and applied also through mails but all the contacted consultancies demanding money, Some asking for it in the name of security deposit, someone says it is registration fee, some says it would be refundable, someone directly says that we have a job offers starting 20k to 35k to candidate who is only 12th passed and pursuing graduation and so on i.e. all the garbage in the name of jobs can be seen on your site.
Please i need an answer on it that is times job or all these kind of job portals are available for consultancies? if yes then why don't you mentioned it? you should clearly mention like that please register yourself only when you have money to pay, qualification and skills are not mandatory but you just have to pay some fee and we will provide you a job isn't it?
I thought new comur comes to find jobs here according to their eligibility and companies come here to choose the right profile candidate but the reality i have seen is that this portal only for consultancies, may be they are paid consultancies that's why your associates are not taking any interest.
At the end i just wish to say that i experienced here and understood this is not job searching site, this is a fraud site where candidates come and after wasting their time and money with lot of stress they leave.it.
Please do not make this job portal to consultancies dumpyard where only they make fool of peoples and use of their needy situations, thjs is a common sense which you should understand that candidate comes your site to search free jobs other wise they can directly contact to consultancies if they have money to pay.
Many things are still untold but you people are well educated and good humor so there is no need to explain more, all points betterly known and in your notice.

I have got a call from naukri service today and they told that you are having an telephonic interview today and they told to pay rs 2500 as deposit money which is refundable and they shared the account details. I also paid by trusting naukri. And then i have got a call claiming that he is from recruiting department of bajaj electricals and then he forwarded to the hr. After finishing the interview again the man from recruiter department called me and said that you have been selected for the training and for the bond security again he asked me to pay rs.6800 which i refused. After this i called the guy who first contacted me from naukri and said that they are again wanting me to pay. And then i said that i don't need that job and i want my deposit money rs2500 back. For that he is saying i was selected and not willing to go forward, in that case the money is not refundable he said.in which he didn't explained me about the refundable cases before i paid that deposit amount rs2500. [protected] is the number of the guy (Rahul kulkarni) who called me from naukri. [protected] is the number of the guy who called me from recruiting department. How would i get my money back? Please help me to get my money back.

I had applied for a job. Ppl called me. Asked me to pay registration fees so as to continue the process. After paying that fee and after a round of online test they demanded for an amt of 7500 about which no details were disclosed earlier... And they said that even if i want to quit the process now because of concealmnt of a material fact i can quit and they would surely refund my registration fee.. However no such steps were taken... I got mail the transaction details from the naukri services also with noukri.com...

I got a call to pay certain amount for a job and i did, after that i didn't get the job and in the refund process again more money got deducted and now that person is not picking up my calls. Due to covid problems my family financial conditions are not good. Please do the needful as soon as possible

Today I received call from naukri.com and i was given offer for the back office job in HDFC and ICICI Bank in Dehradun. I was told that I need to send documents first and then I was asked to pay Rs500 for the registration ID and there will be three round of interview. One on phone, second with hr and last in the office. After with offer letter will be provided on the email. Good thing was my paytm was not working so I was not able to pay any amt. Need assistance regarding the same.
