I had paid the fees around June 2022 and there were no interview calls scheduled till June 2023 so I have been after your staff for getting refund since then. Very incompetent staff who is least bothered about client problems....

I have chosen this consultant in 2022 and paid a money. But didn’t get the service, said will apply for refund in December 2023 and as per the agreement they have to refund money of 70%. They have taken refund formalities and said refund amount will be credited after 2 months in January 2024 first week. Now 2 months over and still waiting for refund. If I call them no body will receive our call and mailed also, they will say just a stories.

Dont believe this company and waste your money.

I have applied and paid the amount of 60, 000 INR on Nov' 2021, for two countries (Singapore and Canada), with almost more than 1.5 years completed. They are not processing my first preference for a Singapore company's job interview, despite the fact that they did not send my profile to the organization; they simply uploaded my profile to a job portal like Indeed, etc. They do not have a relationship with the organization's HR team. However, they have not yet processed it and are unable to refund the amount. I requested that they consider my second option, Canada, but they refused. I don't understand. It is too bad. My request.
