Myself Dr. Yathisha L, I have applied for job consultancy and visa and paid the fee of approximately Rs. 95, 000/-.

I have been assigned with case worker Mrs. Tanya. She is informing about that your interview dates will be scheduled on next week from last 8 months. Still saying the same message...

Please resolve the issue or please return my money back..

Have been following up for my refund which was promised to be credited on September 04 2023...after a lot of follow up.
I had paid the fees around June 2022 and there were no interview calls scheduled till June 2023 so I have been after your staff for getting refund since then. Very incompetent staff who is least bothered about client problems....

I had given a complaint for my refund and i have received 75% of paid amount against complaint id 3385943 except IGST amount of 14885(Approx).Now i want to refund my IGST amount from govt. as per govt policy (unregistered Person can refund his IGST amount with in two years on cancellation of service and attach the acknowledgement of service provider mentioning that thay have not claimed the IGST and never claim for refund...

I have submitted my documents along with 85000 fee of consultation to you for AIPP program in feb 2022. I have been misguided to migrate within 9 months but till date no any document file. Till 03.02.2023.
Now they are not responding and giving lame excuse.

These people are cheater and fraudsters, They are not even replying or picking up my calls anymore I am seeking a legal advise to get my refund from them which I am entitled to get it. 60% of my total fees paid to them which is 60000/-. 28/02/2022....

This oasis resource management has charged me with 60k of money and documents to gete migrated to Canada.

Now they are not doing there job, and just killing my time
They are just refunding me 40% of my money and keeping rest of it
Though i have provided everything on time, i was available for everything still they are not responding on time and killing my time.

They could keep genuine amount but...

Its been more than 2 years I have paid to the organization for the Job basis but till date never ever got the update from the organization and but later on found its very very bad in providing the proper result. Now i am requesting for the refund of my money but team is just denying to pay my money back.

I gave rs.70000 to oasis resource management ltd in feb 2020 and i have not heard from them till now. All of their phones are switched off and no one is bothered to pay back the amount or to get the job in canada for which i paid them.
It seems the ran away with the money and will not come back ever.

Most terrified fraud company, they are big time cheater... My request you all kindly do not deal with them at all... I have been cheated by them and i know the pain of loosing hard earned money.. I actually did not had money with me so i borrowed from someone and i have to pay him back in installments from my little salary... This was the advertisement placed by oasis, this is actually a consultancy services, at first they ask for resume of candidate, and candidate was in impression of getting hired by oasis payroll, they take
Telephonic interview and act as if they are themselves hiring and when they get hold of trust of the applicant, then they disclose the charges, assessment charge, document evaluation fees and the advance money before interview with...

Oasis resource management is a fraud company and being run by a bunch of bloody #. They might have succeeded in fooling people around, but # you should understand that this is a world of technology and people are very much aware what going around them.

So put a stop to this fraud business and deceiving people.

People beaware of these # who would lure you into job offers and instead ask for money

Mr. Sachin from oisis mgt called me about job for canada region and he asked me to pay rs 2200 for visa verification. As per communication he asked after company takes ur interview and then if required the you have to pay work permit fees.
But when i paid rs. 2200 then they said firsty you have to rs 80000 then your profile show to customer.

Now when i call him then he is not picking my phone....
