I received a call from naukri.com telling me that i have been shortlisted for a company and asked documents to submit within 15min only ...even said that i will have to pay 1800/- before the interveiw. is this real or fake? please let me know as earlier as possible.

1 month before i had applied in naukri.com for job. they called me and charged 2200 as fee's which is refundable so i have applied for refund of my money in naukri.com but they not giving response and making excuses .plz i kindly request you to solve my problem and get my refund back...thank u

I registered for paid services before a month.i got only mails of aware from frauds. No one related to job.
Please don't get paid services use free services.naukri.com is wastage of time and money.he is only getting business it's not interested to get service.

Exactly the same message was sent to me 2 months back. I had replied back asking for her Mobile/LL no and told her that I wanted to talk to her first as I can come down on a weekend but they have to arrange AC-III Rajdhani Tickets both ways & send me beforehand after fixing the date of Interview mutually. I stay in Delhi, which fool would rush down to Kolkata based on such a vague Job assurance ? Needless to say, there was no reply.

Guys, this "Paromita Dutta" is a fraud. Not only her, there are numerous such "Placement Agencies" who would mail you or call you with a starting line like " Are you looking for a Job?' What a stupid question ? Obviously, you are, why would you apply to numerous job sites otherwise ? Then they would read out your job experience, qualifications etc from your CV which you had posted and say they have "many openings...a lot of companies have shown interest in you CV...they can fix up an interview etc. but there is a "small Registration Fee" This "Fee", Guys can range from Rs 2, 000/- to Rs 6, 000/-. I have been in Admin/HR for more than a decade myself, let me tell you that NO GENUINE RECRUITMENT takes place like this. When a Company appoints a legitimate Placement Consultant, the Company pays the Agency 1 month's Salary of the Candidate who is selected and given appointment, they never take ANYTHING from the candidate. I observe that these type of "Fake" Job assurance Calls/Mails have increased tremendously over the last couple of years...so BEWARE.
There are many other telltale signs to tell you if a Job Interview is fake, as follows :

a) Bad English, bad punctuation mark, spelling mistakes : See the mail from this "Paromita Dutta" I have given above. The sentences have no punctuation marks, Capital & Small letters are all haywire. Also no Contact No, No Address. No Job Interviews take place in Restaurants...at least not in India...Just imagine the Bills they would run up offering Tea/Coffee to candidates through a Week (Monday-Saturday...11 AM to 5 PM) !!! LOL.

b) If a position is really Urgent, the Placement Agency would provide either their Full Address/Ph Nos or the Company's Ph No/Email & Full Office Address, Contact person etc. where the Interview would take place. In most cases, you would receive a Call from the Agency or the Company themselves where they would ask you some relevant questions related to the Job and if satisfied, they would send you an OFFICIAL INVITATION for Interview. Remember, the HR of a Company is accountable to the Management for filling up a position WITHIN A SET PERIOD/TARGET DATE. If they can't it's a discredit and the concerned person may get fired for the delay.

c) Always do a Google Search on various Consumer Complaint sites for such Agencies or persons...most likely you would get some info about these operators (like I did just now and saw various posts on this Site from other friends regarding this Paromita Dutta)...

So GUYS, if you get such Mails/Calls asking for a "Registration Fee" of whatever amount, DON'T FALL for it...they are all FAKE...Just imagine, if only 10 suckers fall for such schemes per day, for only Rs 2, 000/- each, that adds up to Rs 20, 000/- per day or Rs 6Lacs a Month !! Not a Bad Business Model...Isn't it ?

These Fake Operators register themselves as "Recruiters" with MONSTER.COM, SHINE.COM, WISDOM.COM as well as NAUKRI.COM. When these complaints are made to these Job Sites, the standard reply is that "they are not in a position to authenticate or verify the offers made by Consultants/Recruiters, as they are facilitators only, so applicants are advised to apply their own judgement...etc". But when repeated Complaints are made by citizens against such fake Operators, CAN'T THESE JOB SITES CANCEL THEIR REGISTRATIONS ? They should come up with some procedures to protect fraudsters...However, till they do so, GUYS, it is up to you to be cautious about such Job Offers.

I want to know what steps have been taken for resolving my complaint regarding money fraud. When I will get my money back. Have you took action on that fraudsters. Ms Priyanka, Ajay Kumar, Prem Kumar, Dharam veer, Anurag Pathak.

The consultancies that are under naukri.com are calling the guys in the name of providing jobs and are taking the registration amount in the name of providing jobs. After the registration amount is being paid they don't even care about anything. Not picking phone calls. Making false promises.

But I have a question you are say that I have police complain those impostors to return my money . But those impostors have no call pick and phone is switch off.
Then how the police caught those impostors.
