I have made few calls and send several emails to get the refund of the money taken from my card without my confirmation for payment .
The refund is requested due to the fact of the miscommunication one of the agents had with me one week back.
Due to the fraudulent charges, I was forced to inform my bank to block the card immediately and there is a charge of KD 60 which I am supposed to pay now to get the card reissued.You may take necessary action against the concerned agent and ask to set the process right not to allow any agent to take the money from any credit card holder without his consent with the requested pin numbers which they followed in the first transaction I had with your team.
Numerous people spoke to me on this subject and everybody was trying to justify this act and the process followed by the concerned agent and all are of the opinion that we will not refund the money at any cost. If the customer is not availing the services there should be a process for refund of money. Who ever calls from naukri.com do not call back again with a solution for refund of money.
Request your immediate intervention to refund the money taken from my credit card issued in Kuwait .
