I registered on 19 dec, 2015 for mobile sms plan with registration fee pay twice of rs 2125/- i. E 4250/-. After that naukrideeta didn't send any parcel or work for the same. Even these customer care guys also not give response for the same. But i trying naukrideeta customer care numbers continuously. Then on 9 feb, 2016 they take my plan cancellation request and send sms for the same. They will refund my money after 90 days. Now 9 may, 2016 just completed three months as per rules and regulations of naukrideeta but still i didn't received my money of rs 4250/- even no one contact me for the same from naukideeta side.
I wants request you please take strict action against him. Even i also logged police complaint and submitted all documents for the same if in two days not refund my money. Because its height of my passions.
I also attached all registration payment proof which i pad to naukideeta. Even also attached cancellation request sms screen shot which is send me from naukrideeta.
Even my previous compliant was resolved in complaint forum site. I want ask you with out my solve the problem who will give you rights to close my complaint.
I request you i wait from 19 dec, 2015 but if i didn't received my money in two days will submit the all documents in media also.
O i request you please do the needful for the same other wise will take action against naukrideeta through my way.
