Navbharat Times — Supply of yearly coupons

I have booked Nav Bharat Times for one year. Payment was made vide cheque No 000046 of HDFC Bank, Faridabad. This cheque was encashed on 30.05.2017. I have not received the coupons so far. please issue the coupons urgently as the vendor is demanding the same.

I have subscripted for yrly plan tht it NBT YEAR BONANZA OFFER ON 23/10/2016 its almost yr and i hvnt recieved the coupon yet i tried to call at complant no many times but its always busy and busy
