Due to some personal issues myself and Mr. Sagar Kumar Sutar both were added some wrong comments over the consumer forum and complaint box for both of us. So now as per mutual consent we are trying to close the matter without stretching more and all the complaints made for each other are false. Hence, we are resolving the matter and willing to close the case over the consumer forum.

satish is not fraud . sagar is fraud. Everyone has the right to do his work. But as per company rule policy, no company can get the employee of the owner company to work separately. What you have done by stealing the company's data That too with the employee of the same company. What Sagar has done. Two years ago, Sagar was caught for fraud with the company. And it was also warned that if this happens again then the company will have to pay a penalty. But did not accept this. I say thank you to his wife who gave us this information. Then he left the company's belongings and ran away. Now it comes that my wife and brother used to work. I would like to tell all of you that my brother was not my work involvement. Everyone has rights to work. But it imitated my brother and opened its own website secretly. Which is www.shaadialliances I never opened my own website. if he was working with me then how he can open another website. it mean he was doing fraud with me. if you have bother he can do same work there is no problem. here is problem same company's employee working with you hidden. that person already worked with us. that's called fraud. and that employee handling his wife hidden. when i caught that fraud and say to sagar. why are you running such kind of fraud with company's data base. he did not give any answer.
so finally i would like to say dear customer plz be alert such kind of this person who can cheat with his friend who was working from long time. then how you expect from sagar that he will give you genuine service ? he is doing still fraud with customer.
