Sir, my name is vivek kumar. This company named navya jobs is for data entry and without knowing the company is fraud i accepted terms and conditions of data entry. But when they give me demo fortypeing i said ok after that when they send me file is different then demo then i deny to work with them i contact them and said to send me another file since they are not respond me as well. And now they have filed a case against me of 9800 + 5000 rupees a fake lawyer named adv. Mane B.com. Ll. B. Sai nath plaza, kava rd, majge nagar, Aurangabad, maharashtra 431136 is calling me again again from these numbers. Nikal gya then 15 din k baad ek mam fir se call krti h that time maine apne friend ko apna phone de diya wo thoda dumb tha afterall mujhe nhi krna tha job cuz ye fraud h mera friend already isse harash ho chuka h then mere friend ne baat kiya and mam ne link fir se send kiya agreement software ka then usme sirf singh krne ko bola or singh kiya wo bhi mera nhi h then after call disconectation i got a mail on gmail jise wo agreement khte h jispe likha tha ki 15 days k 28500 rs denge 90 percent ki accuracy chahiye first 15 days ki earnings m se 9800 charge wo rakh lenge one time then next time koi deduction nhi hoga then maine call kiya unhe ki kya bheja h ye sb apne ise hatao . Mam khti h sir hm kuch nhi kr sakte ye apne singh kiya h to kaam krna pdega apko or ye sb send krne se phle mam ne demo bhi diya tha bt agreement k baad jo file send ki h wo wo demo se 1000 times different tha then maine fir bhi conformation k liye maine mam ko call kiya to unhone kha ki aap helpline no pe call kro maine kiya wha se kuch acha response nhi aaya 5th time m ek mam se baat hui then unhone kha mail kro maine kiya mail m bhi koi shi se jawab nhi mila then mujhe pura yakin ho gya fraud ho rha h mere sath maine unhe call kr k saaf saaf mna kr diya then after 15 days mere pass mail msg sb aa rhe h vakail k jo mantly distract kr rhe h please help me on this and maine first day inke khilaf cyber crime m report bhi kr diya hai Or complain m dubara kr rha hoon quki mere pass mail aa rha h https://www.consumercomplaints.in pe complaint krne ka baad jo mail id h [protected]@gmail.com Jo mujhe fraud lg rha h is wjh se quki jaise baat ho rhi h usse feel ho rha h ki wo navya jobs k saath h  Oct 17, 2019 Updated by Vivekkmr62 They are changing there contact no randomly this time [protected] this is the number they give me and say this is my final warning yesterday day i mam called me from a no and clam they are speaking from consumerhelpline unhine btaya ki apka jo complaint h resolve ho gya h aap apna complaint waps le le or consumerhelpline ki website ka link diya or kha hi ise delet ya mark as resolve pe tick kr de company aapko call msg nhi kregi uske baad thodi der tk baat hone tk mujhe conform ho chuka tha they are fruad also quki website k FSQ ko read krne pe pta chala ki wo kisi ko call nhi krte or agre rlkisi rare case m contact krna ho to unki mail id #@@@[protected]@.in se sampark krte h then mai unse question kiye last call disconect unhone ye kh k kiya ki company apke uper man hani ka case kr degi or aaj ye msg fir aaya h mere passjiski pic m upload kr rha hoon | |
