Hi Team, i have a complaint regarding one restaurant in Rajnagar extension Ghaziabad. We went there for Dinner on new year and my brother paid 692 from his paytm. The payment was deducted from his bank however the manager said they have not received it so we paid it later via cash. The manager said we will get our money back in 3-4 working days and if we don't then we can call him and he will return the money. We tried calling him for almost 20 days he picked phone twice in 20 days and said we will get it back soon. As we didn't received the money we again called him and he asked to visit the restaurant and he will refund. My brother told him that it's not easy to visit the restaurant as it's 20km away from our home, the manager still insist that we visit the restaurant. So, we went there and manager said talk to your bank and if bank confirms it's not a problem from their end he will refund. We came back talk to our bank. Bank confirmed it's not an issue from their end. We informed the manager the same on 6th feb and since then the manager is fooling us. He is not picking phone and whenever he does he says he is sending the money. Do something about it please.
