I ordered a chicken korma, tandoori chicken and khameeri rotis on 2 Feb from Vasundhara branch, but in the chicken korma there was only one leg piece while they claim they provide 3 pieces, I paid 400 just for the leg piece, I was disappointed so I tried reaching the outlet but it was unreachable, then I tried customer care several times but it was also unreachable, this is pure harassment for the customer, I tried many times many different numbers but I could not connect with anybody, this is very unprofessional and I feel I've been looted and harassed

I ordered my food on 8 march from sector 50 noida branch, they accepted the order but told me that they donot have a rider to deliver the food. Since then no food or money has been received. I tried reaching out on the customer care number but they are misbehaving and at the end not responding to my calls. I have no way to reach out to them.

No one is bothered there for the customers.

Hi Team, i have a complaint regarding one restaurant in Rajnagar extension Ghaziabad. We went there for Dinner on new year and my brother paid 692 from his paytm. The payment was deducted from his bank however the manager said they have not received it so we paid it later via cash. The manager said we will get our money back in 3-4 working days and if we don't then we can call him and he will return the money. We tried calling him for almost 20 days he picked phone twice in 20 days and said we will get it back soon. As we didn't received the money we again called him and he asked to visit the restaurant and he will refund. My brother told him that it's not easy to visit the restaurant as it's 20km away from our home, the manager still insist that we visit the restaurant. So, we went there and manager said talk to your bank and if bank confirms it's not a problem from their end he will refund. We came back talk to our bank. Bank confirmed it's not an issue from their end. We informed the manager the same on 6th feb and since then the manager is fooling us. He is not picking phone and whenever he does he says he is sending the money. Do something about it please.

12.11.2022 bought half tandoori chicken. No bill was given. Paid 316 through google pay. The food was infected so hat I have stomach upset today on 13.11.2022. Bought from Nazeer Foods at Sector 4 Market, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

There was no staff for taking order till 11:40am and no AC and other appliances working for customers ..it occurs in bulandshahr franchise up 203001 and I have full video recorded in my mobile .there will be no more reason required to avoid nazeer foods ..please keep an eye on my query

I would like to bring attention of Nazeen foods COO that we had a dinner at Nazeer foods at Abul fazal Enclave, thokar no-05 restaurant and ordered for dinners for the family. As this restaurant has sitting facilities so we changed our mind to had a dinner here instead of take out.
But surprised to know that there is no water facilities for eateries, finally i have to ordered for water bottles.
Further got shocked to know the cost of 500 ml water bottle is Rs-19/- and for 1L it is Rs 38/- of Nazeer brands availability.
When i requested for Bisleri or other brands, they deny, i also objected that the top brand like Bisleri water bottle cost (MRP) for 1 L is Rs-20/- only all over India where as Nazeer foods charged almost double.
Finally because there was no option except to bought nazeer water bottle.
Now My concerns are, i am not objecting the high food prize at Nazeer restaurent but having strong objection of the monopoly of water brand and its high cost seems that they are looting the customer in the name of Nazeer water bottles instead of giving free water to its customers.
However request that please look into the matter and take out money from customers pockets in some other way instead of water.

Order 3915+158 rupees around in branch durgapuri maujpur.

Today, I ordered food from nazeer and I received less Quantity. Upon checking with retailer he told me that there were some fat which they remove after weighting the portion after which the quantity reduces about 200gms -250gms. I think fats should not be around 200-250gms on a single chicken breast. It could be around 50gms but not 250gms
I ordered half kg chicken breast which weight around 473gms when I received at home
And Ordered half kg whole leg which is exactly 502gms
I am just curious to know how whole leg is weight exactly what I ordered however chicken breast was 250 gms approx lesser than the quantity i ordered.
Dealer charged me for half kg each but gave lesser quantity

I Dr Manish Kumar visited Nazeer foods on 03/11/21 I feel very disappointed with your outlet they didn't have a basic manner or etiquettes to deal with customer there is no difference between this restaurant and some other dhaba type whatever else.A person(Named Shiva) who attended me was chewing a tabbacoo while he surving when I telling him he refused and arguing with me he is the same guy who extracharged Rs 30 for a masala biryani from me I gave him a simple warning but he is the same guy who arguing with about the packing of my remaining food. His arguments crosses all the line when he started talking about castism and all that he told me he was talking about his caste I can't disclose here and nobody can't do this at this time it is a serious matter regarding this I was a quality customer of Nazeer foods but I will never ever visit you again. please look into this matter if you can do something otherwise I have all the voice call recording and video aswell I do it in my own way.

Nazeer food is serving good food but when we order food at home they deliver 3rd class food they care taking 250 for fall makhni but they delivered daal which has a quality for 50 rupees

Employee name Himanshu at Nazeer Abul fazal received 515 rupees on paytm with phone number [protected].This is a very cheap and worst activity by a brand like you.Shame on you

This pathetic restaurant is serving a full plate of chicken biryani with a cost of 330rs that is ok. But the amount that they are supplying while facilitating home delivery is a kind of joke. While talking to its customer care executive he says 4 pieces of chicken is a SOP of full plate chicken biryani . He was so rude while talking and when I asked what amount should be of rice he repeatedly talked about 4 pieces. Now my question is does full plat or half plate can be described with only pieces of chicken or RICE is also a component of chicken biryani? And adding to that if anyone will see the quality of rice I am sure it will give a view of roadside thelawala biryani. Atleast they should keep some standerd.I want my whole amount refund from the company .

The butter naans are burnt.
I want complete replacement of the whole food.

I have ordered tanoori chicken full (eight pcs) on 21.5.2021 evening and delivered to me vide invoice No. 33586 dated 21.05.2021 19:05:54, to my surprised it had two neck peices and without any leg pcc. It no the first time has happend to me earlier also, but I ignored that due to rush it might have been occured. But now it has become a practice to cheat customers by providing sub- standard items with hight and exobitant rates. I have been the customer of nazeer foods since he was selling only mutton at the Ganesh Nagar outlet, gradually he started selling cooked meat in one degchi and subsequently risen. The quantity and quality has been detoriated very badly.
I was my last order to the outlet because of their cheating, I will refrain my self now onwards placing order for supply of cooked items.

I hope my complaint may reach at the appropriate level for redress.

Dilshad garden branch Front staff behaviour is very bad. Argument with customers only for demand one chatni extra.

I ordered a boneless butter chicken on 24 march 2021, during eating some bone piece stucked into my foodpipe.

On[protected] we purchased 06 no. Bhuna paya paid amount of 06 nos. but you packed 05 no bhuna paya. When today[protected] complained to dealing salesman he is not accepting it. After long discussion third person solve it. But dealing salesman not accepting his mistakes. He was giving assurance this type mistake not possible. As per his argument we are false.
I'm sending pictures of paya's with bill.

The restaurant name nazeer foods is having big generators at there tarace which produces harmful gases and were the cause of death of many neighbors. Whole day and night there big pumps and blowers make so much of noise that it is very difficult to stay at home nearby and are the cause of hypertension and headache of the people living nearby. No one complaint against them because all get scared because they are rich people.
So request the authorities to take appropriate action against it.

There are lots of complaints about nazeer foods at thoker no.5, 1st they r using diesel generator, and other is their kitchen duct, which smoke is dangerous and for safety its not good, kindly take action on this, already 2 times fire incident occur in this restaurant, but they r still not having good fire safety nor for pollution control system, need to take strict action
