Nbe — Refund of fee

I have been allotted dnbseat for which I paid the first year course through net banking but receipt for the payment is not generated as the last date approached I made another payment for which receipt was generated and I reported to the hospital.kindly help me with the refund of the first payment which was done on 28/03/2022
