Nbe — too long for returning the error transaction funds.

It is really disappointing that NBE (https://nbe.edu.in/) is taking so much time to revert the error transaction funds for DNB application. In general if there is any error, it would be returned within 4-5 days(to be frank in a day or 2). But, these guys are taking way too long, and when I called on phone, they are saying it would take some more time, i.e. by the end of this month. And, all the applicants will receive it once. It really looks suspicious. I am totally disappointed. How can you have so many bugs? (earlier you declared the results for MD program and then you say that it was an error)

I have paid twice for my wife's application (for DNB) due this error. She received this message after a few days of receiving this error.
