NBPDCL — Wrongly fixed electric bill

Dear sir Myself Krishnanandan Pd. Sinha having Consumer id- BEG/7604884/BP-672 & Account No[protected] Electric supply division- Begusarai, Sub-division- Begusarai want to say that in March 2015 my electric bill is 298 rupees. but From april to july 2015 my electric bill is 20405.00 rupees. How it is possible??. till now my present metre reading is 3634 kwh. i have already complain to Begusarai office, but there are no any response. after several reminders this is not correct. May i know what is the reason behind that?? I Have already attached the electric bill copy & METRE reading pic. So, plz do the needful action to correct the bill from April 2015 to july 2015.
