My street light no.503-26 is have not been working for many days due to which thefting at night so please fix it as soon as possible thank you...

I am a resident of Bali Nagar, Block-C.
The street lights are not working in most part of our locality.
Some of the lights in the park are also not working.
Specifically, the street lights near mother dairy booth no. 355 are not working.

Recently I applied for a new connection for the second floor of my house. Just for the note, I already have a meter connection in my house for almost 12-13 years, So after the survey, it was stated to me that the new connection can't be made as a pole(pole no: 414-36/11/5/2/1) is touching my house balcony. Just for the fact, the earlier meter we had was connected with another pole and that pole was almost 20 feet away from my house. So this clearly shows, my house was there first, not the pole which is touching with my balcony. Another thing was, they placed the pole so close to my house that it was my fault that I can't apply for a new connection again in my life. Last year, they put another pole(414-36/11/5/2/A1) which thankfully is 1 foot away from my balcony but still it is close enough if anything dangerous incident happens in the future. Please I am requesting you to demolish the existing pole which is touching my house and set up everything on the new pole so that there will be some gap between my balcony and pole and so I can apply for a new connection.

A loose power cable is passing from the adjacent high power transformer (Pole No. HT-505/21/02) to another electricity pole No. 505-20/15/2/1/9) through the front side, under the balcony of Shop No. 74 in DDA Market in EE Block of Jahangirpuri, New Delhi-110033.

The location of the cable seems to be a result of availability of open space at the time of installation, because the old shop with fragile structure was lying unused for a long time. With recent renovation, the cable has become clearly visible in bad shape.

It is requested that the route of the power-cable may please be changed in an organized manner to avoid the possible risk of any accident and hindrance to the property.

This is Madhuri, resident of Shiv Vihar, Karala, North West Delhi. My complaint is about the electric pole between the two households and touching both the houses from inside. It's in active state means supply power but its strech from Karala has been removed, though still exists in most of the part of Shiv Vihar colony. It's a threat to the life of many families and has given shocks to many people in past. Whenever we contact to concerned department officers they ask for a heavy amount from each household.
Kindly look into the matter and intimate us the possible way out of it.

2. The installed high-power transformer is so close to the shop that it is touching the roof-top balcony, and thus it is posing possibilities of serious danger not only to the property (The shop) but also to the lives of the visitors to the shop. Relevant photographs are attached herewith.

3. In view of the above submission, it is requested that for the safety and security of the general public and the adjacent shop, the transformer in question may please be relocated at a safe distance from its present location.

Team, please address our concern and shift the electric pole which are very close to my house and can cause danger to any person in house. Live electric wires are running very close to the balcony and can cause danger to any human and even kids. This is my humble request to shift the pole to some distance and avoid any miss-happening. Kindly take action as soon as possible and reply to our complaint.

Hii, in sant nagar gali no. 116/127 bear khaushal chowk burari there were a 11000 vt transformer setup in 15 feet gali. This gali is full or water during rainy season and due to transformer current spread all over. I request you please shift this transformer from this resident gali.

Therefore, it is your request that tpddl should shift or remove this pole from here. And make it difficult to put it aside.

Iam residence of mange ram park sec.23 rohini near poothkalan delhi -110086 behind sang wan model second. School. There is electric pole in the middle of my house gate and touching my house, so i request you to help me to remove and transformer the electric pole. I just want to share that this pole is almost in the house and is very dangerous for my family, if something goes wrong then who take responsibility as it has small transformer as well. Hello, i would like to say that, i want to transfer/exchange from ground floor meter from commercial to residential bcoz my ground floor is vacant from last 5 month and still, i am receiving a huge amount of bill so i would like to request you to please do the needful as soon as possible.

I have been issued electricity bill for a sum of Rs.2, 690/- against CA No. [protected], meter no. 44333450 installed at DDA LIG Flat No. 76, 3rd Floor, Pocket-6, Sector-A-10, Narela, Delhi-40, on actual basis, showing current meter reading as 7775. It is pertinent to mention here that the meter reading taken by your official is not correct as the electricity meter is reflecting meter reading as on 30.6.2020 as 7075. Pic of the aforesaid electricity meter is attached herewith.

Kindly issue revised electricity bill showing correct meter reading.

The transformer is in front of our home which is very risky because there is very less space to move around. I want to get it removed from here. Whenever some sort of problem is there in someone's home and new wire needs to be put it goes from front of our house. Again and again our property is damaged because of thag and later on no one get it done like before. Unnecessarily we have to spend our own money. Please get it removed from here asap.

This is to inform you that electric pole no. 414-25/8/7 is very close to my balcony and can cause danger any person in the house. This is my humble request to shift the electric pole to any other suitable place to avoid any mishappening. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

We are residents of pocket 11 b balaji enclave sector 23 rohini delhi. The road of pocket 11b has electricity but without lights. It is totally dark at evening. Unwanted people roam on the road and its difficult to move out at evening. You are kindly requested to install lights at pole no.561-80/57, 561-80/58, 561-80/59, 561-80/60 and so on

Sir,
I have a shop in d12/177 shop no.3 sec -7 rohini. A blue electric box is just front of my shop it has spark so it is dangerous for me and coustmer also and it makes the road narrow due to which vehicles got stuck so plzz remove it because i has only 8 connections and electric pole is near by around 10 feet from this electric city box so it can be easily joint all the connections to that pole i will pay all the expenses required for joint the connections

I have applied new meter yours executive visited my premises date on[protected].
Then some dues are found on my premises against new connection request no-[protected]. My humble request to call customer care telephone i amy say that dues not belong to me & i visited ndpl office mangolpuri on[protected]. Then he say u will wait 10days.
Till date no solution seen. Please clear my dues and generate demand note.

It is requested that an electricity pole had been installed right in front of my residence gate (C - 245 prashant vihar), that cause a lot of inconvenience entry and exit of the residence of my family member and my self. We have about four children who always touch/hold the pillar which is harmful in monsoon days more often than not electric heavy sparkling cause heavy damage to my residence and vehicle park under the pole, the most important thing about the electricity pillar is that the pillar itself is damaged and tilted and there is always a fear and apprehension in the locality that this pillar may anytime fell down.
My house in question is also of old construction and we planned to re-construct/ rebuilding same with parking slot on the ground floor and the electric pole is installed in front of the middle of the main gate there is no chance/possibility at all for parking the vehicle inside the plot which is essential to get the approval from the government department/authority or (D. D. A) now a days for the new building/house. This is also one of the main reason for shifting the electricity pole.
In view of the above reasons we request yourself to shift this electricity pole else where so that the under signed live a free fear less life.
