There is a dead pole of TPDDL just in front of my house which is very unsafe.. we often get hurt by this pole and anyone can climb this pole and jump into my house balcony. I have complained in tpddl many time but they are not taking any actions.. it was an too old pole and its creating alot of problem for us. Please remove it as it was dead and of no use...

I applied for new meter connection for construction of my house. My request no. -[protected].
I have called ndpl many times but still, no response has been given from your side. Being an advocate by profession, it's very difficult to take bother everytime of this problem out of my hectic schedule.
Due to not installation of meter, my construction program is getting late. I complained many times but no response till date given from your side.
Please see the matter immediately

I already made payments from last five years without delay today i got a call from one of your executive he said you have charge for the bill for may june 2018

Which completely blanked me if it is a bill of 2018 why it is charged now with late fee also in this regard

I would request you to kindly provide me the detail of the bill you charged.

Dist. Mangol puri (DELHI) We have reconstructed a house and an 2 Electricity Pole is right in from
of the house. The pole is very near to the wall due to which the electric may flow to the house.

Also, due to the wires we are not able to build upper floor. If we build it, it would touch the wire.
I will Share to Picture of my Site For Quick Response coming by your end.

I request the Tata- NDPL officials to take this into consideration and take quick action to shift/remove
the Electricity pole.

SMS of power outage received on 12/06/2019 @08:27, but the fact is there was no power outage. My flat is at Third Floor
Though power outage was there in another flat @2nd Floor, this complaint is a serious issue as maybe the Wires from 2 Electricity meters are connecting leading to all power consumption of both electricity meters in one Meter.
Incidentally the electricity bills are also coming high
My meter number is 44021592.Please get the whole thing checked and provide me with Satisfactory answer

I want to inform you that d-1713 & d-1714 jahangir puri delhi 110033 under construction is construct illegal balcony in which he covered electric cable of street light. This wire can cause anytime short circuit or major accident the balcony outside his boundery 5 ft which is illegal.
I hope that you will take a strict action against him.

I'm a resident at kaushik enclave block b, burari. I've applied for new connection at ndpl site online on 2nd april.
More than a month has passed still i haven't got any electrical connection.
When i called called customer care ten days ago, they told me to submit complete set of property document. I haven't been intimated from ndpl itself. They provided information when i called after 18 days. I submitted those documents too. Still no progress.

I've contacted customer care many times. They are just manipulating and increasing the timeline everytime.
I still not been confirmed when i'm going to get a connection.

We are a family of 2 person and a kid and receiving high electricity bill.. We both husband wife are working and consumption is very less still bill is very high. Also we file a request for load reduction as earlier we were a joint family of 6 people.

Tata power office department where we file our request for load reduction has declined our request for no reason and no intimation to us.

When called up and asked status about our request, we get to know the declined status.

As per their response they declined application due to some internal issue error going on and neither they informed us nor they processed that again on their own.

This is highly inefficient capability of people sitting in your department who are just claiming bill and putting penalty if not paid on time.

For this ignorence your department should borne our previous two months bill as penalty because we were told after two bill cycle from the date of submission of your application, your load will get reduced and you will see corresponding lower bill as well.

Highly pathetic services!!

Now again we will have to bear higher bills for next two months.

You can see in our bill consumption is less but other charges taxes are 3times the consumption charges. What is this happening. Is there no one authentic and responible person who can question these kind of people who do not understand common man problems. If need be and no solution provided, i will take further stern action

Dear sir,

I am a residence of sukhbir nagar c - block, gali no. 23, karala delhi 110081, there are elctric poles and high voltage wire in the middle of my residence gate touching my house. I just want to share that this pole is almost in the house and is very dangerous for my family if something goes wrong who will take the responsibility every now and then there is sparking in it and it even leaks a lot as it has a small transformer as well.
Request you all to take necessary action on the same as i cannot avoid it anymore.

I want to inform you that mr. Dosa restaurant is running in the residential area property number a 3/34-35, sector-17, rohini opposite to the petrol pump. The meter of his land, i, e., 35 is not commercial but is used for commercial purposes like grinding pulses, rice, etc. He starts working from early morning till late night. We also wrote to mcd but all went in vain. I hope that you will take a strict action agaainst him.

I am raising this concern after 14 years of pain, as my kids are very small and i feel very in secured when they stand sometimes in balcony.
Request you all to take necessary action on the same by moving the pole to the nearby crossing of roads instead of having it in front of house. This is becoming threat to life.

Iam getting huge electricity bill as iam a tenant in bhai permamananad colony delhi i have my submeter i use very less electronic tools bt still getting huge bills my ca no is [protected] pls gv me all d details..nd we use ndpl subsidised electricity..i hv my doubts whether iam paying for my self or fr my landlord too..he has set a submeter fr me bt still i doubt..i consumed 450 units nd got 3590 rs of bill nd its a ndpl connection

Autocratic decisions of the tpddl. I have a domestic connection with ca number [protected] at sukhvir nagar delhi 81. I applied for a 3kv metre for the same assuming my power consumption and metre was installed with 3kw sanctioned load. But the tpddl has reduced the load itself to 1kv. Without any demand from my end. Now again the bill for the month of may has sent to me with addition of rs.2100 for 3kv. I am therefore not in position to pay the unjustified amount. Because my security for 1kv is already paid. So that how can it be increased in a retrospective manner and why my sanctioned load is reduced earlier without my consent.

Now rather than resolving my issues the due bill has been doubled to rs 5070 and i am being threaten for discontinuation of connection by the tpddl. Also the title of my wife on the bill is not correct as it is mr. Rather than mrs. While it has been correctly filled in the connection application form it can be assumed that how much qualified staff is recruited in tpddl as they even dont have a common sense of putting right title/gender in their billing records

On 26/5/2018, i made a payment towards my ca no [protected] for rs 5801.17 and same has been made three times due to some technical problem erlier payments were no being shown as successful one. You are requested to refund two payments of rs 5801.17 back to credit card from where it was received.

We are a 315 plotted dda housing society and are facing problems due to non-working street lights of led. No one is coming for repairs. We are complaining to rajnish ([protected]) and vikas ([protected]).

Please take steps to improve your working and repair street lights in our colony.

May possibly i draw your kind attention about the frequent breakdowns of electricity in this locality and the wonderful inconvenience it causes to the residents! Ours is not really a new locality. It got electricity connections many years back. It appears, even so, that the engineer in - charge from the sub-station has not correctly checked the transformer from where the aupply of the locality is given inspite of many complaints made by ivr. There are failures regarding electricity many times in a day. Sometimes, the current is turned off for several hours in a very stretch. The factories in the region are compelled stop their working by want of electric electric power and, therefore suffer the great loss of business. Students suffer greatly and cannot maintain study. I am also facing lots of problems because of this electricity issue. I request you, therefore, to see that the power plant and other section at the place is thoroughly checked so that there is no chance of the failure of power supply in future. We are waiting for your kind consideration.

I live in north campus g. T. B nagar, in our area there are many houses using illigal electricity. They made pg’s (Not recognised) but still using domestic connections.in pg’s they providing gyzers, ac, washing machines, refrigerator, & many things as well as some pg’s tempered there meter and slow down there meter. Some of inforcement people are there relative they do change’s in there meter. I had already complained of dates[protected] in the office of ndpl hudson lane and with its receiver stamp i have no action on it till date. I request you to check there meter on serprize checking in your surveillance. Because they tell people about checking in advance and they become alert. My request is that it should be stopped at the earliest, due to its loss the company and the government are being damaged. Please note i harvinder singh owner of 490 dda flats new ranjeet nagar, new delhi 110008 hereby complain about the fact that in recent times ndpl workers tyed the main electricity wires (Blue covered thick wires) with my balcony grill. Because of this our balcony pillar has got a major crack which can cause a major accident anytime. It’s my request that please shift the position of these wires to any safe place or make a new ndpl pillar as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be held responsible for any misshappening.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that my house is atach with the pole of meter wire and there is several conection in this pole which is extremely more than a normal conection on the pole. Some time i feel the curent on that pole sir we have seven mamber of family and my son is just 7 month old and i am always wory about my family. So kindly please take action immediately
