Ndpl — bijli bill sir dard

Iam getting huge electricity bill as iam a tenant in bhai permamananad colony delhi i have my submeter i use very less electronic tools bt still getting huge bills my ca no is [protected] pls gv me all d details..nd we use ndpl subsidised electricity..i hv my doubts whether iam paying for my self or fr my landlord too..he has set a submeter fr me bt still i doubt..i consumed 450 units nd got 3590 rs of bill nd its a ndpl connection

Hi sir/ mam,

One of the shop near by us is running a garment business.
Address: B-56 ground floor new gupta colony, near nanak paio gurudwara, new delhi-110009.
They have been running this shop for more than a decade but they dont have commercial meter despite running commercial shop. They r misusing eclecricity for more than decade.
