Ndpl — new meter request but not placed

Plot no 2/1 east friends enclave main Sultain puri road Delhi near bank of broda, New Delhi, Delhi, 110086

I have applied new meter yours executive visited my premises date on[protected].
Then some dues are found on my premises against new connection request no-[protected]. My humble request to call customer care telephone i amy say that dues not belong to me & i visited ndpl office mangolpuri on[protected]. Then he say u will wait 10days.
Till date no solution seen. Please clear my dues and generate demand note.
