Ndpl — Regarding new connection

Hi team i have applied for a new connection via application number-[protected]. But after premises verification it is ok and in dues verification it is found that there is dues of 7561/- and when i have checked the ca number on which this dues are it is on address at s-1/20 and i have applied connection at the address of r-1/19 budh vihar. Please check it and revert me asap as it is already 45 days since i have applied the connection.
