Please refund my demand note amount of Rs. 4200/- against the receipt no.

3113/[protected] dated 19.03.2015 which had been deposited by me.

& MICR code is[protected] with the name TRIBHUVAN RAWAT.

Sir you are requested to transfer my amount immediately because i can't

visit your Swaroop Vihar zonal office for refund because i had been visited

many time in your swaroop vihar Zonal office for the new connection. But

after the spending of money and valuable time the result is Zero. Now you

are saying me again to visited in the zonal office for refund.. I am very

disappointing from your department.
