Ndpl — transfer my meter from commercial to residential

Hello, i would like to say that, i want to transfer/exchange from ground floor meter from commercial to residential bcoz my ground floor is vacant from last 5 month and still, i am receiving a huge amount of bill so i would like to request you to please do the needful as soon as possible.
