Ndpl — wrong billing

Autocratic decisions of the tpddl. I have a domestic connection with ca number [protected] at sukhvir nagar delhi 81. I applied for a 3kv metre for the same assuming my power consumption and metre was installed with 3kw sanctioned load. But the tpddl has reduced the load itself to 1kv. Without any demand from my end. Now again the bill for the month of may has sent to me with addition of rs.2100 for 3kv. I am therefore not in position to pay the unjustified amount. Because my security for 1kv is already paid. So that how can it be increased in a retrospective manner and why my sanctioned load is reduced earlier without my consent.

Now rather than resolving my issues the due bill has been doubled to rs 5070 and i am being threaten for discontinuation of connection by the tpddl. Also the title of my wife on the bill is not correct as it is mr. Rather than mrs. While it has been correctly filled in the connection application form it can be assumed that how much qualified staff is recruited in tpddl as they even dont have a common sense of putting right title/gender in their billing records
