NDTV — ndtv has been blocked by operator

Sir,
As per trai directive i have selected my channel list including ndtv on 30/1/19, but the siti cable operator, patna has disconnected most of the channels including ndtv. Kindly help so that we could watch ndtv and other channels. I am trying to contact service provider but no body response. Also contacted siti maurya cable but no body attending the phone.
