I have not buy any loan NDXP my but cibil report is showing last 1 year please help me to contact with the company person to solve this problem

remember if you have taken any loan in the hospital for insurance cashless process name by Liquiloans (NDXP), in my CIBIL also its reflecting, as i had taken the loan from them, though the loan is closed still it reflect active

i have not applied for any lone in the past few months. but still a NDXP lone of 1228 dues LONE ACCOUNT NO:- PL00393628 has shown up in my CIBIL. what is it help me close it. And my over due is showing and that over due I do not understand which account is it and how will it be paid.
