I went for jewels of europe trip with neem holidays.. From 27th may till 7th june 2017.. Very bad experience.. We were provided bus with faulty a/c.. It was not working at al.. It was suffocating and torturous to sit in it... When we asked to change it.. We were left on the road in europe for 6hrs.. We were sitting on footpath for 4hrs..
We were made to sit on the road in europe for 4hrs saying the bus is getting repaired.. They didn't change the bus then and there.. There were 3 infants and 2 senior citizens in the group of 45.. Tour manager was helpless as mumbai office was not responding..
When the bus came after 6hrs.. We reached the hotel at 11pm.. The next day again bus a/c was not working and was toooo suffocating to sit in it... We were made to travel in that bus for 15hrs.. And we missed one city where we were suppose to go as per the itinerary.. Because we wasted one whole day sitting on the road and traveling..

Manish agarwal (Owner) is rude and shameless guy.. Threatened us that he will cancel thrip in between..

I demand him a compensation of what we had gone through.. We missed one destination because of his company mismanagement.. It was a mental, physical, and monetary loss for us.

Please help us to teach him a lesson so that others will not go through this hell.

We are a group of Orthodontists who planned our annual international convention this year in Eastern Europe through NEEM Travels PVT Ltd.

The initial itinerary was fly via emirates to Zagreb and then stay a night there and come to Budapest, then Bratislava and then Vienna and finally Prague. All the hotels requested were 5 stars. This was four months ago and we were made to pay the initial booking amounts.
Then the nightmare started .
1. The flights were not booked until last minute so flights were changed to Lufthansa flying via Frankfurt to Budapest .

2. The visa a nightmare for a lot of people who finally got it just a day before we were to travel . The agency did not help a bit in this procedure of submission of documents

3. The worst was the hotels were not the same we booked ... we were given sub standard hotels and some hotels didn't even have air conditioners when the weather in Europe is hot ranging from 26-32 degrees .
In most places the hotels were a good two hours from the city centre each way !!!

4. The entire itinerary was changed by the tour operator without even informing us.

5. The guides who accompanied us were totally inexperienced arrogant and irresponsible . When we were given non AC rooms in Bratislava at mid night, we demanded the hotel to be changed . Instead of handling it calmly, and pacifying the women and children,

the guide Mr Vipul threatened us that he will call the cops and put us in jail . This issue has been reported to external office ministery of Govt of India.

6. Most of the time, we were given packed food and made to eat on the road side. A lot of food was wasted as most of the people were not comfortable eating this way. It was disgusting !!!

7. According to original itinerary, most of the places were included in the trip and tickets were included . But when we reached there, we were made to pay for the tickets. What was more shocking was the actual amount was 1/3 the amount collected from us .

8. We were served Indian food throughout the trip !!! Who goes abroad and wants to still eat Indian food everyday in the same place ? Food was pathetic in all Indian restaurants - Mr Masala at Budapest, Bombay masala at Vienna, Taste of India at Prague ... that was heights!!

10. The tour was stopped abruptly twice stating some amount was not paid to the main office .. this was literally like taking a group for a ride ... pay or stay back !! It was a nightmare .
11. The bus drivers just stopped one day from driving saying they were not paid by the tour operator!!! Is there any end our night mare ?

It was such a relief to be back in India !!! It looked as if we were on a free trip by Neem holidays !!! A worst travel experience ever!! I am a frequent traveller and I have travelled so often and so wide all over the world ... putting all my bad experiences together of the past 20 years, Neem holidays bad experiences surpasses them all in one trip !!!
So if you are planning your holidays with #NeemHolidaysPvtLtd, please be careful. Advertisements are very misleading !!! They are thugs in the name of travel agency

Had a very dis- satisfying experience WITH NEEM HOLIDAY
Didn't realise that this was one of the worst decision that I had taken. You spent substantial amount of money, time and effort and if you get a substandard product you are bound to get disappointed.

. Our agony started, when, the Itinerary that they shared with us when we had gone to book the tour and one that they shared with us on the last date before the date of travel. Both were changed sustainably. When we questioned we were told that the colleague in the product team who had designed the itinerary had not travelled to Europe and was not aware on how the itinerary should be.!!!that was heights...

The itinerary shared earlier with us was not practical and hence the change. Infact from this year onwards they had started offering Italy tour too, and unfortunately, for us we were the first group and part of their experiment. The sales person Siddharth, while convincing us to book the tour, had mentioned that all the hotels will be 3 star i.e IBIS or Holiday inn or equivalent, while in reality it was otherwise. In Paris and Italy where
majority of our stay was there they had booked substandard hotels when we complaint they said they had already paid the hotels and these are 3 star hotels while actually there standards was not even one star.

Had raised this issue with Manish Agarwal the owner who had travelled with us for couple of days and the Tour manager as well but the Tour manager said he was helpless and cannot do anything as things are not under his control and all bookings are done by Purvi from Mumbai. They don't even bother to see the Trip advisor review of the Hotels that they booked . Also all the hotels were very far away from the city especially in Italy and you had to spend atleast a couple of hours to reach the tourist places leaving very less time with us to see and enjoy attractions

In pais the hotel Qualys, was so bad, leaking taps..lifts not working..no electricity..absolute disaster!!! and when we approached the person incharge..mr vipul...he turned out to be so rude and had the impudence to say "manage yourself, I cant help you"such a horrible attitude has never been experienced.

Food was also not nice apart than a few places and packed food was so, cold n tasteless that it was a major turn off and the entire food was wasted...

Overall, a disappointing experience ..absotulely unprofessional, uncoordinated and irresponsible team at work.
