Tour travel date 10.04.2020
before the lockdown i had told the tour operator tht my wifes health is not good and we are not supposed to travel as suggested by our family doctor and we have to cancel the tour and this informtion was given to the Tour company in email and well in advance but their sales team agreed to talk to the owner of the company and tols us to call after lockdown .During the period june 2020 and July 2020 i was asked to submit all receipts and details on whatsapp to the owner which i did, later during my calls and followup with the owner Mr. Agarwal ( which he rudely replied on not coperating and told me to take any actiion whatever i want to take but he will not refund my money ) i clearly told requested the owner Mr. Agarwal that i have not yet travelled nor any booking has been done by your company for my travel then why cant i get my money for the tour which i have not taken and you are forcibly taking our money .. Neem holidays ales team, and many people have left the orgaisation and no one is repsonding our emails or calls ..i would like to take action against this fraud company Was this information helpful? |
