The company cheated us outright for my 27th may 2018 trip to russia, which was booked by them on 24th january 2018, and full payment was duly made on[protected]. However they shifted our tour date unilaterally without any prior knowledge or consent from us. Naturally we rejected and protested, and insisted on the 27th may tour only. Since they dumped us for no fault of ours we demanded full refund with interest on 7th may 2018 by registered post. Since then they are keeping mum and there is no response from them so far. We are very elderly senior citizens and almost shattered by physical and mental agony. This matter has also been brought to the notice of commissioner of police, pune, with all details.
