Neem holidays gave us pathetic service at Himachal tour starting from driver who never arrived at airport on time makes us waiting, ac not working, worst food at khajjiar, i recommend to never go with neem holiday henceforth

    I have booked my tour as on 29 th april. Now due to this serious situation compnay cancelling tour for the moment. But instead of this critical situation company are taking charges as 20 k pp as cancellation charges. Which is very unethical. So please look into it. Other8wse i have to go to higher authority for the same concern. And now if i asking for refund also they not giving me and saying compnay management decides this. Which is not proper answer

    The matter was of Japan tour from 24 March cancelled flight tour cancelled due to Corona Pendemic, and paid Rs. 2.8 lac in December 2019. Not refunding money. No response since 8 months
    8 mails as well phoned 3 times to M D but no response. “No reply and no action several mails as well several phoned to their M D m Manish Agarwal. Now complain to Ministry of Tourism NDL, they redirected to company for reply which is pending, also mentioned their lot of negative reviews for that requested to inspect the company for his misuse of Travel agent license to Madem Meenakshi Mehta,

      My experience this time with Neem
      I do not recommend Neem Holidays. just returned back from jewels of Europe tour.just one week to tour we get our itinerary and when we go there two hotels were changed.that means we do not know the situation of the hotels earlier. the hotel at Paris was worst where the stay was for 3 days. at Mt. Jungfrao our group of 5 people were left stranded at the station and when the call was given to the tour operator he cooly told us to come by the next train. he had promised he would call us when the train arrives but he totally forgot and left off with his two colleagues who had gathered their group along. he had not bothered to check if we were around.
      At the meeting of Neem before the tour we were 35 people. The meeting was 1 month ahead and then for the tour there are 60 people. 1 tour operator was handling 60 people which he managed horribly. he was attentive to only few of the tour members and was dancing to their tunes. Salzburg the attraction of Austria we saw literally running about in half hour. Never got any information about the places. Atleast some local guide should have been appointed so we would have got some knowledge about the historic town. Do not know anything about the sites where Sound of Music was shot.
      On the 3rd day Neem decides to switch one 49 seater bus to a smaller 20 seater tempo traveller with uncomfortable seats. In the meeting big promises of 49 seater were given. but they failed to keep the promise. We our group of 5 were ordered to sit in the smaller bus. We refused to sit as we were all 55+ age group with knee and back problems.
      The tour operator rudely told us to go back . He said you have return tickets you can go back. It was in bad taste he spoke and we being ladies.
      In Paris for 3 days and we have not visited the museum not seen Monalisa painting. isn't it ridiculous.
      The last day of the itinerary says visit to cathedral and then some shopping time and then drop to airport. after checking out of the hotel at 12 noon the tour operator says there is no bus to take you people for shopping. After lot of phone calls by the tour members to respective tour agents through whom they have booked and myself to Mr Manish Agarwal of Neem Group. one bus was arranged at nearly 2 pm. but the catch was the bus will leave you at some shopping place and you have to come back to the hotel on your own. Our group wisely decided of not going as we were in a foreign country and had to catch a flight in the evening did not want to take a risk. Few members who had gone by the bus came back disappointed as the driver did not know the place and he had taken them in an area where there were no shops!!! only fields.where were they going to shop and how were they to return. so they returned back in the same bus. was this also a trick played by the tour operator and the driver????
      Neem does not give lunch and no proper halt neither proper hotels. vegetarians had to go hungry many times...no choice of food other than french fries..
      The tour operator's favorites to whose tunes he was dancing took the small bus to Amsterdam. left early came back late after 11:30 pm. that means they customised their tour.is such things allowed in a tour.
      In all a horrible experience. Think twice before travelling with Neem Holidays...

        The company cheated us outright for my 27th may 2018 trip to russia, which was booked by them on 24th january 2018, and full payment was duly made on[protected]. However they shifted our tour date unilaterally without any prior knowledge or consent from us. Naturally we rejected and protested, and insisted on the 27th may tour only. Since they dumped us for no fault of ours we demanded full refund with interest on 7th may 2018 by registered post. Since then they are keeping mum and there is no response from them so far.
        We are very elderly senior citizens and almost shattered by physical and mental agony. This matter has also been brought to the notice of commissioner of police, pune, with all details.

          Very pathetic experience. Including owner mr. Manish agrawal tell lies and post pone your travel dates as their wish to facilitate less cost and to adjust late travel planners by charging higher money from them
          They inform to you that there is visa issue and visa was rejected. I have given my passport for russia visa one month back and they have not worked on it. 10days before they says that russian embassy is crowded. When i check with other visa assistant agents, they are ready process visa in 2~3 working days.
          Owner - mr. Manish agrawal him self talks rash with the customers and does not lift the phone for their mess-up.
          See how their staff will behave...
          Leaving it to you if you want to travel with neem holidays
          1) please do not pay all the money
          2) put clause if they fail their commitments
          3) keep some money at the end of trip if their service is not good

            We are a family of 3 and booked on the discounted price tour of europe departing in april 2018. Till the initial booking their representative miss/mrs. Mansi spoke very politely with us. We paid the basic booking charges and booked the tour in early jan 2018. Post that we never heard from anybody or mansi for almost a month. I was worried since visa process took time but still no response. Finally after about 2-3 followups mansi responded and got the visa initiated.
            This was the beginning of the completely unprofessional behaviour. Firstly mansi never gave us full information or an understanding of how the payment structure would be. Initially she was very accommodating but later started abusing saying that i am putting wrong allegations on her about payment structure.
            Neem holidays expects full payment even before the visa dates have been booked and this is what i was against since there is surety of his the process goes. Initially mansi agreed that only 50% payment would be needed to initiate visa but later she completely changed the stand and said that only after we pay the full amount, they will even look at the papers. Daily i started getting calls from their account dept asking me to pay up and there was no info transfer done from mansi’s end since everybody was not sure about what to say except for the amount that they needed in their account for the trip. One day she called me and started verbally bashing me saying that i am putting false accusations on her and that she never lies and i am making up every thing. Everything that they are asking is already mentioned on their site and that i am trying to create a ruckus for refusing to pay. The day the guy came to collect my papers, i gave the cheque with 50% payment which they immediately deposited in account for clearance but the papers itself have not been checked or reviewed still. Due to project deadline, i tried to enquire in their office for change in tour date but the abuse is continuing still but now with their visa dept representative namratha.

            I have never been put down by any tours so badly and i am sure that enjoying the tour will not be possible now. But neem representatives are highly unethical and have zero knowledge about customer service. We have also been confirmed that there will be no bags or any other things provided which is the norm by other tours as well as neem too but for the discounted prices, i believe that gets cut. I am worried about what more hassles we will need to face when the time for the actual trip arises.

              Complaint against neem holidays pvt. Ltd.

              We were a group of 112 orthodontists across india who planned our annual international convention this year in eastern europe through neem travels pvt. Ltd.

              This tour operator was selected because he showed the lowest quotes and best itinerary. The initial itinerary was fly via emirates to zagreb and then stay a night there and come to budapest, then bratislava and then vienna and finally prague. All the hotels requested were 4 stars. This was four months ago and we were made to pay the initial booking amounts.

              Then the nightmare started.

              1. The flights were not booked until last minute so flights were changed to lufthansa flying via frankfurt to budapest.

              2. The visa a nightmare for a lot of people who finally got it just a day before we were to travel. The agency did not help a bit in this procedure of submission of documents.

              3. The worst was the hotels were not the same we booked... We were given sub standard hotels and some hotels didn't even have air conditioners when the weather in europe is hot ranging from 26-32 degrees.

              In most places the hotels were a good two hours from the city centre each way!!!

              4. The entire itinerary was changed by the tour operator without even informing us.

              5. The guides who accompanied us were totally inexperienced arrogant and irresponsible. When we were given non ac rooms in bratislava at mid night, we demanded the hotel to be changed. Instead of handling it calmly, and pacifying the women and children, the guide mr vipul threatened us that he will call the cops and put us in jail. This issue has been reported to external office ministery of govt of india. This guide vipul also had the temerity to question our understanding of the english language.

              6. Most of the time, we were given packed food and made to eat on the road side. A lot of food was wasted as most of the people were not comfortable eating this way. It was disgusting!!!

              7. According to original itinerary, most of the places were included in the trip and tickets were included. But when we reached there, we were made to pay for the tickets. What was more shocking was the actual amount was 1/3 the amount collected from us. For eg schonbrunn palace tour in vienna has a grand tour for 14 euros on the spot. But our tour operator guide collected 35 euros per head. When we questioned he said, it's the company rates he was charging us!!! Looks like #neemholidays has bought the schonbrunn palace. This happened in a lot of other places too.

              Hotels requested were 4* as he initially gave 3* in his initial quotes.

              -flights were lufthansa, turkish & emirates given to hyderabad delegates on additional payments as they did not have turkish & lufthansa.

              -visa - botched up the papers initially and we had to get the documents from our czech society in a days notice.

              - hotels and ac - temp were around 38*c - neem did not adhere to the promises made initially and did not give us an operational itinerary even after repeated requests.

              So we did not know what we were going to see next or where we will be next.

              Budapest stay also botched up as we were supposed to stay there for two nights but the stay was put up at bratislava and planned to be brought to budapest from there every day morning and taken back in the evening, 3 hrs drive each way. No sensible person makes such an itinerary and after repeated requests one night provision was made at budapest and that too an hours drive away from budapest.

                Cheaters and fraud with us after making advance payments in 24 dec 2016

                Mumbai mirror advertisement came 22 dec 2016 about their packages where they mention that if you pay advance deposit amount before 30 dec'2016 then only you will get this price or else another price so i honour immediately cheque in favour neem holidays pvt. Ltd on 24 dec'2016 they send their pick up man immediately within 3 hours and when i ask sandip (Pick up man) to give me receipt so he said once it get credit then later we will give...

                Still no revert received from neem holidays pvt ltd

                We had booked europe tour (24th may 2017- 31st may 2017) for eight pax
                Initial payment was done in december 2016 towards confirmation of the bookings.

                Tour was not made available to us by neem holidays pvt ltd inspite of taking the booking and the confirmation amount in december 2016. Kindly confirm the reason..

                It was only informed to us on 28th march 2017 (After three months) that our bookings were being cancelled (Without any confirmation from client) and that it could not be made available to us. Why was the delay in informing the customer and why was the same cancelled without the confirmation from the customer?

                The reason it seems they had got a booking from a leading stock broker for nearly 30 seats.

                Neem holidays pvt ltd kindly revert who is the leading stock broker, for which we have been deprived of taking the said europe tour for no fault from our end?

                Neem holidays pvt ltd didn't even had the courtesy to inform us immediately in december 2016 itself, about the cancellation nor even an apology for the same.

                The result of this delay in informing about cancellation has landed us in paying more (Approx inr 9000/- pp) for the europe tour arranged by other tour operator. Apart from this, due to this delay in informing about the cancellation we had to go through the mental agony and harassment too.

                It is only because of the delay from neem holidays pvt ltd, that we have landed up paying more to the other tour operator.

                We want a very strict action against the neem holidays pvt ltd and that the licence to be cancelled, so that the company could be barred from taking further tours.

                They have used our money from december 2016 onwards.

                Also unlike us they might have fooled other customers too!!

                Very very disgusting service from neem holidays pvt ltd

                  We wanted to book a european holiday with neem based on their ads on national tv. We faced a lot of challenges because they are mumbai-based and mumbai-centric in their thinking and service. (1) promised a hyd-to-hyd journey for us but went back on their promise at the last minute (2) they have no time for customers, speak and message very shortly, with no courtesy. Very poor communication skills (3) raised rates arbitrarily in our experience (4) sent us numbers of others who had travelled with them for us to speak to when we wanted to know more about neem, but two of them said they were still in the process of booking and none had go e on the same trip.

                    Hi,
                    I had booked myself and my daughter on an Eastern Europe tour with a few friends for the 16th to 24 th September 2016. The tour cost per person was 71k but 15 k extra was paid for .my daughter because she decided to go before the tour on the 11 th sept so the travel agent said it was ok after knowing that she was 19 years old, single, and 12 std NIOS passed and there could be some problem issuing the visa by the consulate because of these reasons . Partial money was collected 50k by cheque on the 24/05/16 and cash of 30k on the 28/05/16was collected at the time of booking the tour .my balance of 77 k was paid by cheque Before applying for visas .
                    No news of applying for our visas till we were sent a mail by the tour operators Neem tours that the appointment for my daughter's visa and my friends and mine were fixed for the 25 th August 2016 at the VFS office at BKC.
                    We went to VFS office to apply to the Czech Republic for our visa's but I was told that as my daughter Aseel was entering Austria and was staying there for a longer time than any other country in the tour she had to apply for that country .
                    This was not told to me earlier, as I would have definitely questioned the travel agent regarding attaining Aseel's visa on her own without any bank balance and
                    Income tax papers, so I told the Neem tours visa person who was along with us to put my 3 years income tax returns along with Aseel's documents for her visa submission .
                    Anyway I could not understand much so we applied to Czech Republic and Aseel to the Austrian consulate as we were instructed by the Neem person Mr. Salaam .
                    We waited patiently for the visas to come but the Austrian consulate asked Aseel for further documents regarding her financial support, of which I had to send further documents of mine to show that I have property and my 3 years IT returns .
                    Since we knew the visa was not going to arrive on the 10 th Mr. Naresh from Neem travels who was in touch with me from the very first day where payments were talked about, told me that Aseel's ticket has to be changed so we decided to change the date from the 11 th sept to the 14 th sept . Her visa did not come
                    On the 13 th so Mr Naresh asked me what should be done I said I have no idea, I definitely want her to travel so do what you have to do regarding her ticket, Bec I could not say anything regarding her ticket Bec it was done by him (Neem ) on the Air India flight .hedid not msg or call till the 14 th when my friend and me got our visa for travel on the 16 th . How stressful it was for us, I asked him about Aseel's visa and travel, he tells me that her ticket is gone and we have to buy a fresh ticket, you did not tell me to cancel her ticket so I did not do it, and now nothing can be done, All this talk he gave me . I went with my friends For the tour on the 16 th and got back on the 24 th .
                    I msged mr Naresh and told him that Aseel got her visa on the 16 th and it expires on the 7 th October, he said the ticket fare on another tour on the 30 th sept would be 50 k extra Bec a new ticket had to be booked .
                    When I told him it was not possible to pay for a fresh ticket for Aseel and I wanted a refund of my 86 k paid for her entire cost of her tour package, he said I'm sorry but there is no refund available the money is all gone .
                    I was in shock, I could not believe what I just heard, but still I told him to speak to his boss and get back to me the next day but he did not so I msged him that I was going to take him to consumer court with regard to my refund for no fault
                    Of mine .
                    He still did not get back to me till date.
