I have booked my tour as on 29 th april. Now due to this serious situation compnay cancelling tour for the moment. But instead of this critical situation company are taking charges as 20 k pp as cancellation charges. Which is very unethical. So please look into it. Other8wse i have to go to higher authority for the same concern. And now if i asking for refund also they not giving me and saying compnay management decides this. The matter was of Japan tour from 24 March cancelled flight tour cancelled due to Corona Pendemic, and paid Rs. 2.8 lac in December 2019. Not refunding money. No response since 8 months
8 mails as well phoned 3 times to M D but no response. “No reply and no action several mails as well several phoned to their M D m Manish Agarwal. Now complain to Ministry of Tourism NDL, they redirected to company for reply which is pending, also mentioned their lot of negative reviews for that requested to inspect the company for his misuse of Travel agent license to Madem Meenakshi Mehta,
