We purchased 4 tickets from Shirdi to Mumbai on Wednesday,11th. Nov. 2009, of Neeta volvo bus , starting at 1. 30 pm.

The bus No. given at time of booking was different than the actual bus.

The Bus was fully filthi, with foul smell, absolute UNCLEANE, torn out seat covers, tea mugs not remved.

In short it was like Ordinary bus and not VOLVO and Unlike the reputation of NEETA.

We decided in past that we will not travel EXCEPT NEETA but with this experience we have to think again.

I know such complaints have no meaning and No one cares as they will get passengers whatever may be the service.

They will have lots of excuses, but I am NOT complaining to ASK for REFUND.

Hi,

I would like to highlight one instance of Sunday 14-Mar-2010 from Shirdi to Mumbai by Neeta Volvo bus.
I have reached the designated source at 12:30 pm to come from Shirdi to Mumbai, however looking at the bus condition i was horrified and the pathetic condition. The A/c was not fucntioning. We all were told the A/c will work once the bus starts.

The bus waited toll 1:30 pm in shirdi itself and all the passengers were boiling inside the bus till that time.
some how we moved from there and had to stop at 2 location between shirdi and Nasik. The support by the Neeta fellows were totally unethical. After multiple complaints and no postive feedback from the travel agents we all passengers decided to finally halt the bus at Nashik Police station. After nearly one hr the agents told us that the part payment will be given to us before Kalyan. However the same storey repeated againg at kalyan and no agent / owners were ready to pay us the extra amount charged.

Lastly at 9: 30pm we have got the part payment Rs.400 was charged from us and Rs.200 was returned.
We have also came to know that the bus was also not original Neeta but a duplicate on (not sure what is original Neeta and which one is duplicate)

I would appeal please stop using the sevice of Neeta so that the above is not repeated again

    On Saturday I travelled by Neeta TT bus No. MH-04-G-6969. The booking was done through Vardhaman Tours and Travels, 2, Parasmani Bhavan, Tilak Chowk, Dombivali. The travel company has charged Rs.300/- per person for the Air-conditioned and Video Coach. During the entire travel the Air-conditioner was not working, so does the Video. On complaint with the Driver, the Driver was very rude and arrogant.

    The Travel Company or the Booking Agent should be advised to refund the excess fare charged.

    i cam to kolhapur from neeta vovlo mh04-g-5166, bus driver stop the bus between satara and sangli half an hour waiting for 1 client, i told him this is not right way to stop half an hour in the bus lots of ladys and girls and bomb last on last night in pune then that agent smile and orgument with m... its down reputation of neeta travels

    I also had a similar experience while travelling from Dombivili to Pune on one Monday morning..As it had Air conditioning but the nob to divert the air was broken. after complaining to the driver no action was taken..after that one girl sitting on my back seat had a problem as water was leaking from AC on her seat...it was very uncomfortable journey overall..n this special bus in Monday morning is planned for people working in Hinjewadi..so they need to get back to their work..

      I had bought a ticket (Seat no.L) for my brother-in-law Mr. Sanjay V. Tulpule for Pune, who boarded the abovementioned bus at Centaur Hotel Stop at Vile Parle(E) on 22/09/2009 at 3 p.m.

      When the bus reached Wakad(Hinjewadi), the driver refused to ply it further till Kothrud, Pune, saying that very few passengers were left and that he would accommodate them in another bus which will be coming later.

      The passengers argued with him that he was duty-bound to take that bus to Pune as their tickets were for Pune and he had not informed them before boarding that they will be required to change the bus at Wakad.

      After persistent arguments with the driver for nearly 2 hrs, he agreed to take the bus to Pune. In the end, the bus reached Pune at 9.15 p.m. and my brother-in-law reached home by 10 p.m.

      In the light of the abovementioned things, the physical inconvenience caused and the mental stress experienced by the passengers due to the delay and rude behaviour of your driver, I demand full refund of my ticket from the driver’s salary and Rs.1000/- as token of compensation for all the hardships the delay caused to my brother-in-law.
      I hope you will take all steps to ensure that these things are not repeated again and give your staff proper training so that your customers get due respect and value for their money.

      We are from junagadh and we have booked tickets for 4 persons from your ahmedabad branch. At the time of booking and inquiry at your office whatever facility they told us that will be provided by your management were not at all fulfiiled. Our journey date was 16.10.2009 to 22.10.2009
      We are really very dissatisfied with your management as well as your tour service.We are willing to send this complaint note even to the Customer Care office.
      The list of the troubles which are being faced by us during the horrible journey are as under:
      1.The bus and the hotel provided for accomodation were not of NEETA TOURS & TRAVELS.

      2.The bus departure time from ahmedabad to goa was 3:15p.m. and arrival time was 3:00p.m. We arrived at the office sharp at 3:00p.m. Where as the bus came at the ahmedabad office at 4:30p.m. As per the usual service facility provided by other Tour agency is that they use to inform there customers about the delay in timing of the bus. But no information was provided to us and we waited there exactly for 1 hour.

      3.Accoding to your package facility, semi-sleeper bus will be provided but the bus was sitting. When we told to your office authority no satisfactory answer was provided.

      4.We were 4 persons(i.e. 2 couples) and we demanded seats together for our convenience. But seats were not provided accordingly and no arrangement was done afterwards.

      5.Acording to the information provided, pick up facility at the time of arrival in Goa will be provided. But this facility was not provided And no response was given by your office management in Goa. We were totally blanked in that unknown place. Also Taxi service was not provided for departure from hotel. They also told us that a personal car will be provided their for 4 o[censored]s, but not even pickup facility was provided.

      6. A very bad facility was provided to us in the hotel also. We were informed that Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. But only Breakfast and Dinner was provided. No arrangement was their for food as frequent shortage was occuring during breakfat and dinner.

      7. A frquent power cut off was observed in the hotel. It seemed like we were staying in some local hotel. Misellaneous facilies like soap, inter-com, room cleaning were not provided at all. Also a very rude response was given by the hotel management.

      8. The package duration i.e. 4 days and 3 nights was not fulfilled and when we made a complaint to your office at ahmedabad from goa, they extended one day in our journey but we paid the extra 3000/- Rs. for the hotel rent.

      9.Departure time from Goa was 8:00a.m. on 21st. But your bus came at 12:30p.m. No facility was provided to us for this 4 hours also response from your office at Goa was extremely rude and unfavourable.

      We are just feeling that we have wasted our 16500/- Rs. And will Strictly inform others for not to book their journey in the radiculous package provided by your tour service.

      Your management told us to compensate the extra charges paid by us. They are as under:
      3000/- Rs. hotel rent, 200/-+200/- Rs. arrival and departure taxi rent.

      Neeta Volvo — Bad Service/rude behaviour

      I have travelled many a times through Neeta Volvo and every now and then there have been some problems that i have faced with them.

      1) I had booked a ticket from Dadar to Pune for Neeta Volvo their people took us a kilometer away from the ticket booking counter and to my surprise it was some other bus service (not even a volvo) this is really pathetic.When i complained they gave me a simple answer "I don't know ask the guy from whom you booked the ticket".I did not even had the time to go back and complain as bus was about to leave in 5min.

      2) Their employees are really very rude and ill-educated.For them they rule the world.Even when i called to one of their call centre services they do not answer properly and cut the phone in middle of the conversation.

      3) Some of their buses are in a really bad conditions.I remember in one of the bus exhaust fumes were coming inside which is really very dangerous and people who are not aware exhaust emits carbon monoxide which can be a reason for some ones death.

      I can see a lot of complaints lodged against this service but still people are facing same problem everyday ,I would like to know has any actions been taken or our complainst are going through deaf ears.
      I found the following feedback form on their website which accepts complaints. If enough of consumers complain, surely they will have to take note.

        I had booked two tickets (Pune-Goa) on 31st August 2009. The date of departure was 13-Sep-2009. The time of departure was 08:15PM. I had also requested to be put in the third or fourth row of the slumber seats. I was promptly given seats O & P. However on the day of departure, I received a SMS from Neeta stating that we (my wife & myself) were put on a bus supposed to leave at 09:30PM instead of the original 08:15PM. As soon as we reached our boarding point, we were taken in a hurry by a staff of Neeta to Konduskar Travels office, just next door. We were told to board a Konduskar bus with seat numbers 13 & 14. The reason given - "Neeta Travels does not have a bus coming to Pune!!!!" Well, it just didn't end there! We were taken to the Konduskar Bus, but there was already a passenger on seats 13 & 14. The driver said that we have to wait for an explanation from Neeta Travels. After 15 - 20 minutes, a person arrived, took us in the bus and asked us to sit on 20 & 21. But that too was occupied. Finally he gave us two seats just at the entrance (5 & 6). The leg rests on these seats were not working. On asking for help from the attendent, we were informed that nothing can be done as the front seats are not working. Well since the time was now 10:20PM, we had no choice but to travel in a very odd state and we arrived in Goa at 7:30AM the next day with swelling feet. Thanks to the wonderful service of NEETA! However, to help future travellers, the Konduskar Bus Number is MH 09 L 6408. Just a foot note :- When we reached a hotel for a 25 minute stopover, we did see a Neeta Bus bearing the number MH 04 G 9898 parked there! Thanks Neeta for everything!

          I had a confirmed seat booked on the 9.00 am Neeta Volvo for the 10th of Sept 2009. There was a mini bus that picked me up from Bhaudhan in pune and was taken to Aundh to board the actual bus. The bus was packed. I was given seat "C" in that bus but to my dismay there was another passenger seated on my seat. When questioned them they told me that the bus was full and had to get off the bus and wait for some other bus to take me to mumbai. It seems that they have no sense of database management and allocate seats to not just one passenger but two or maybe even 3.
          They had absolutely no consideration that I had a confirmed seat on that bus and being a lady needs to be given that specific ladies seat so booked.
          Its shameful for the bus company to function in such a horrible disrespectful manner.
          My advice.....travel in any other mode....AVOID Neeta if you can. They are CHEATS and provide THIRD CLASS service...if they know the meaning of the term "SERVICE".
          I traveled by Neeta's Buses while i was in India from Pune to Mumbai a few times and here are my observations:

          1. AGENTS PROVIDING FAKE INFO - The agents and dealer of Neeta do not have proper communication with the Main office. They provide wrong and fake information to make money and sell tickets. I was told at wakad neeta office that the Pune-Dombivli bus goes to Kalyan Ramdev Hotel, so i went ahead and bought the ticket. When the bus came, the driver denied to take the bus to kalyan and said it takes halt at Dombivli for 2 hours.

          2. AGENTS FAKING WRONG PRICES AND TAKING COMMISSION OVER THOSE PRICES - Agents take 20-30 Rs extra for Neeta bus trickets and then charge commission on that ticket. Neeta should print pamphlets of Neeta's time table and prices.

          3. AGENT FAKING WRONG TIME OF THE BUS TO BAG IN THE TICKETS - Agents and offices at Neeta have terrible service and instead of proper transparent information, they give very vague info like "Bus will come in 15 min" in spite of the bus has still 30-45 min to come. The whole objective is to bag in the tickets even by deceiving customer.

          4. ZERO COURTESY - TERRIBLE SERVICE
          Most of the dealers and operators at the Neeta offices are very less educated with customer friendliness, serviceability, courtesy and politeness. They are rude, ignorant, provide vague information. They don;t understand that they are representing Neeta's brand name. They need to be educated properly.

          SOLUTIONS: I see two solutions to this from Neeta's management:

          1. Neeta should make sure that the time table and detailed routes are printed and updated on their website along with the ticket price. Also they should demand that their dealers display detailed pamphlets of Neeta's time table and prices.

          2. Neeta should enable ONLINE TICKET BOOKING of all routes and take just printouts of the ticket like irctc railway booking. Most of the major bus services around the world have these facility and they save tremendous amount of money that Neeta wastes on sync up calls.

          3. EDUCATING all the employees and operators at all offices for customer friendliness, serviceability, courtesy and politeness and about the routes and concrete information.

            I Have travelled by Neeta Travels previously too, was always some inconvinience or the other but this time water's gone over the head.

            We went by Neeta Volvo form shirdi to Mumbai & Back on 29/08/09, we had booked for the Mercedes and paid in advance for the return fair.

            While returning from Shirdi was a night mare. We were booked for 1'o clock Mercedes bus in the afternoon which apparently did not exist. We were pushed into a plain A/C bus ( Bus No.1513). After which we had the toughest time reaching mumbai.
            The Bus left Shirdi at only 1.30p.m. after which the driver stopped every fifteen mins to see if he could pick up some passengers to fill the vaccant 08 seats. He stopped at Nashik Bus Depot for 45 mins with out informing the passengers. Due to all this non sense we arrived Mumbai only after 9.30p.m. Where as usually a 1.00p.m. bus would arrive Mumbai by 7.00p.m. ( 2 1/2 hours time is previous for every Mumbaiite)

            Above all this the attitude of the bus driver and staff was so rude. They were least bothered about the inconvinience caused to the lady passengers due to all this delay. They also switched off the T.V. which was some sort of a soothing agent in all this commotion and the cleaner refused to budge.

            We pay some extra money to travel by such heavily paid services to get some comfort, peace of mind and ease in journey. But if these companies walk with this type of attitudes it is a torture for the tourist.

            It's a real a shame for the Maharashtra Tourism Dept.

            I being a part of the Hospitality industry feel ridiculous to see that on the name of tourism owners of the Neeta Travel services are filling their pockets but are least bothered about the inconvinience to the local tourist, God forbid if an international tourist would travel on such service what an picture of the Indian tourism he would take back home.
            And we Indians claim " Atithi Devo Bhava".

            It is high time the Management of Neeta Volvo pull their socks and audit their services. They need to take stern steps to change all this if they are unaware of what is happening down the line. and they are already aware of these malpractices they should thing how bright their future would be.
            A request to all Tourism related operations do not spoil the image of the Indian Tourism & never forget the Multiplier effect of this industry.

            I hope this complain reaches the right hands and some action is taken.

            I agree with all the complaints mentioned above.
            I happened to travel by Neeta volvo from Sahar Airport Area to Pune. Though i was supposed to get down at lonavala, i had to pay complete fare(Rs. 250 /-). They said it is a policy. The bus started at around 4.30 p.m. They were stopping anywhere in between. As it was raining, the viper also was not working propery. The T.V. was jut kept off. They waited at vashi for around 30 min just for nothing. Also, the bus was supposed to halt at Neeta stop near centre point at lonavala. Instead they got me down at khandala. I had to catch the rikshaw from there amidst the heavy rains. also in between one passenger entered at chembur. he was charged 200 upto pune. then why I was charged 250 even upto lonavla. there are lots of franchisee's in between, i observed. Even we were given no. 7, 8 while the no on the birth were in the form of A, B, C, D. I found the bus was run by wishes of the driver, who was not even answering properly, and the punters who were entering everywhere in between. This is what we paid for. Who will address thease grievances.
            i m dis agree with the arguee b coz no one can give servise like this .
            pune to mumbai every 15 min
            mumbai to shirdi - mahablehwar -goa nagpur -banglore any many more
            no one can give buses like all route
            Even i strongly agree that the service provided by neeta volvo is .

            It happened with us today itself :(
            we went for pune - mumbai volvo which was at 7.30 am. we got this ticket from pune station office of neeta volvo.

            The office people told us that the bus will leave immediately within 5 mins and asked us to sit in the drop vehicle. After requesting them that its urgent for us after 10 mins the vehicle dropped us at sangamwadi bridge where the bus was standing. There the bus driver told us that the bus will leave at 8 am since the 7.30 am bus had already left (which was a lie as we came to know later, that it was canceled). so we sat in the bus waiting to be left at 8 am. Till 8.15 am nothing happened, so we again inquired with the bus driver who said that the bus is postponed to leave at 8.45 - 9 am.

            we were like shocked as we have been waiting since 7.30 am and had an urgent appointment at mumbai. when asked them the reasons for delay ... the driver was quite co operating but the other agent of neeta (santosh/satish nayakwadi ... not sure about the name) was very very very rude and arrogant. he started pointing fingers and arguing with us, saying "don't come here, i will see u, go back where u got tickets from" etc etc.
            Due to cancellation of the bus we were really frustrated and he was expecting from us to talk politely and he himself was shouting instead of apologizing. There was no courtesy the way he was speaking ... we really felt as if we were deceived. then they gave us some numbers to be called who told us that we can come tomorrow to catch the earlier bus etc etc.

            The drivers were saying that this happens all the times that the timing are changed and postponed causing inconvenience to travelers. This happens when there are not enough passengers to travel. This is really really very wrong. I mean if these travels know that this is not the season and that they are not going to have enough passengers then they should adjust their timing accordingly and inform people. what is the use of saying that "Neeta Volvo leaves every 15 mins" when in actual there is so much delay.

            That was really bad experience from Neeta Volvo. Now i am really worried about our mumbai trip tomorrow.

              I have traveled by Neeta Volvo buses often. I had a very bad experience yesterday in their bus GJ 1 V 9998
              In short: The booking agent told and gave receipt for NEETA Volvo, AC Sleeper from Vadodara to Nashik on 24 June 2009.
              1)The bus was not VOLVO.
              2)The AC system did not throw the air up to the sleeper at the end. The driver on the bus told that there are leakages. If he knows there are leakages why was it not repaired?
              3) It is written Air Suspension on the bus. The jerks and bumps are even more than the Red ST buses in Maharashtra.
              4) Every where in the bus Adhesive tape is used to join the broken plastic.
              5) The drivers occupy the upper sleeper with the best cooling.

              Why is RTO quiet? The travel company is fleecing the customers by misinforming about the Type of Bus, not maintaining the bus even to the standard of MSRTC buses

              I am really disappointed by the service provided by the Neeta during travels, in this week i travel twice by the neeta one from Mumbai to Hyderabad( on 7th feb. 2010) & another from hyderbad to Mumbai ( on 9th feb 2010), i suffer followings problem with bus service during journey-----

              1) on the 7th feb the bus timing was 5:00pm from Chembur(yogi hotel) the bus came 1 hr late.
              2) further it tooks unnecessary stops to take back door entry for illegal passengers, which were causing delay in traveling.
              3) in the night it take halt for dinner around 11:20pm( which was not std dinner time)
              The hotel was so dirty, with bad service, also the toilet facility was very poor, i dont know about lady passengers how they suffer.Also why the drivers take the stop on that hotel only? as there was so many good hotels were in the roads.
              4) the danger thing is that while driving the driver having bear ( forgot name) was continuously talking on mobile with handsfree, he dont have right to play with passengers lives.
              5) the worst thing is that during night at 3:30am the bus drivers ask to passenger for change the bus. the no was 8090( forgot the prefix).
              6) on next dat ie 8th feb, the bus reaches very late appx.8:30am that also very far from hyederabad city, the driver ask to get away before.
              7) All the bus service people was talk rudely, didnt gave proper information’s.

              8) Now while returning ie on 9th feb.2010. from fire stn Sec. same story happens needless to wright again except changeover of bus. ie bus came late, dirty hotel( name was Zee dhaba), frequent stop for back door entry of passangers etc...
              9)So finaly i expect from Neeta managment people to take action on it, otherwise we people have to think for another options.

                Hello, I am a frequent traveller with Neeta, twice a week.I have had no good experiences as yet with this bus service.It is the most pathetic bus service in the world.Never ever on time, disgusting seats n buses. My main problem is that the bus never leaves on time, it roames around pune n keeps stopping at soooo many places.I will give you two instances where i thought that I that I just couldnt take it anymore.The first instance was 2 and a half weeks back when we finally left pune after 3 and a half hours of roaming around in pune the bus breaks down a little away from hinjewadi bridge n we stood there on the road for more than 2 hours.The driver was least interested in helping the conductor to fix the bus so that we could leave early, instead he was bosing around and having breakfast.The second instance happened today, we had not even reached the first toll[this is after roaming around pune for 2 hrs or so, just to inform you that I usually took my tickets from maldhaka chokh and today I took it from bright petrol pump pune]and the tyre gets punctured and there was no spare tyre to fit and the driver had no clue what he was going to do with us.we were waiting outside the bus thinking what I should do because I had a flight to take in the evening and very fortunately for me the shivneri bus was passing and they had a seat luckily.so i took it and made it in time for my flight, Please ...Please do something about the way Neeta bus service is running their bus.Just thought I should inform you.Anyways I would never be travelling neeta again.

                  I booked one ticket for my wife from Mumbai to Pune on June 13, 2009 from an agent in Andheri East. I asked the person to confirm me what will be the destination, whether it will be Kothrud or Pune Station and I was told that the same is going to be Pune Station.

                  On arrival in Pune, the bus was stopped near Ideal Colony in Kothrud. After waiting for temporary arrangement for half an hour all persons were made to arrange for their travel from there to Pune Station. My wife and 1 year old daughter with luggage were made to suffer through the heat.

                  On calling on Neeta's office in Mumbai on[protected], repeatedly, they kept on mentioning the bus will go upto Pune Station till it finally halted at Kothrud. On final call to ask why it was done so, person responded that this was not their fault but the agent;s fault who mentioned it to you that the bus will go upto Pune Station. Not to mention here, the service is bad, AC for which we are made to pay twice the normal rates, the language used by these illeterate bus operators was anoying and definately disturbing. We landed up paying few more hundreds for Auto charges in Pune, but more pain was these services for whom there is no solution. Individual customers are left on their own to fight and there is absolutely no control on these agents.

                  Can someone hear us? Can we get justice someway...

                  This is not a complain but its a suggession if its possible to do so

                  leaving the neeta bus from Shirdi to Mumbai the first hault is at hotel amrapali thats good but after that your busses hault at neetas Pushkar Hotel at Bhiwandi which is so long distance
                  Mostly all the passenger have to face a lots of problem for using urinal and washroom
                  i would like to suggest to if its possible to hault the bus in between Hotel amrapali and neetas hotel pushkar for atleast 5 minutes

                  also i would like to suggest you that there should be 2 hotels in puskar as 1 for highgrade passanges and the second for middle class passanger as the rates are so high that most of the passanger are unable to have any snack and food in your hotel

                    We went to Shirdi from Ahmedabad on 28th March 2009 and returned on 29th March 2009. We went by bus no. GJ-1-AZ-9898. To our utter shock the bus while going had a flat tyre and the same bus on return again complained of a flat tyre. Our full plan had to be rescheduled. 5 o[censored]s travelled and all ladies. 3 people had to go to office and had to put a leave because of late arrival. On return just 2 kms ahead from the last stop at Ahmedabad the bus had a breakdown and we had to get down at a place where it was difficult to get transportation. We took a sharing rickshaw and proceeded further. The stoppages for fresh ups are hopeless. They don't get a good hotels or what. If they want they stop or keep on going. We had to shout at them. Though AC bus we had to remind them to switch on the AC. I don't know what the authorities are doing inspite of so many complaints. While booking I was informed that the bus is full. But they were boarding passengers at nominal charges for short distances. Such Companies should be stopped who don't care for customers. Really we had a very bad experience and next time all should think twice before travelling in Neeta Volvo buses

                      I have travelled on 22nd March 2009 from Pune(Gadgil Jwellers) to Thane (Teen Hath Naka) by Neeta Volvo Bus Reg no: MH 04 G 9091.I paid Rs. 440 for Seat number 28 and 31 on the last row.Previously I have travelled in Last row in a volvo but this time my experience was full of awe.

                      We pay almost double for the ambience and comfort for Vovlo, all of this was missing.First no reading lights, no video during travel and to add to the mess there was hot air blowing bemneath the seats.The temperature was so high that it was impossible to seat there.On complaining to the bus staaf they ignored us that this happens in all volvo buses which I was not buying due to my prior experiences.

                      When it halted at Neeta Inn I spoked to a guy called Ankush and he replied that it was not his responsibilty, also on claiming for refunds they laughed and asked us to complain at their Head office at Borivili.

                      Next day I called up their head office, there resilience was commendable as if it was a regular thing for them.He took my number and never reverted till date.

                      Would surely travel by train or worst prefer a State Transport bus next time...

                      I would really appreciate if you do not show movies in your bus for a short trip like Nashik. I have booked tickets for 6 am from Bisleri, Andheri to Nashik and return by 5.30 bus in the evening for 7/4. Or show really old movies(1960s) if possible. You have to cater to all types of people, not only the young and restlesss. Also if possible please give me a window seat. My seat no. is G.

                        Hi, i had taken the NEETA VOLVO bus from Pune to Panvel on 15th of March 2009 with a confirmed ticket in Bus no.7374 which leaves from Pune (Mahalaxmi Complex, Jagtap) at 6.25 pm. I was given a seat in the last row of the bus. However when the bus reached Lonavala the conductor came to me and told me that you have to shift your place since other passengers are coming. He told me to sit on the conductors seat, and when i argued against that he told me to shift to the other bus which was going to arrive after 25 minutes to lonavala. After and half an hour argument with him he did not listen to me and shifted me to another bus which arrived by the time. The other bus to which i was shifted forcibly was just like one government ST bus in which neither the Air-condition was working nor the Television was started during the whole journey. Because of all this i got late and also missed my train from PANVEL which i was going to take for my further journey.
                        I would like to tell that its really inconvenient to us as we regularly travel from mumbai to pune. We therefore would like to tell you that you take a action against them so that we can travel more comfortably.

Ultimately at that hour of night I had to get down at an unknown stop. The story doesn't end here...
                          when the next day I came back to Mumabi and I contacted higher officials of Neeta travels and told them, they said that they will call back. After that I made many follow up calls but every time there was the same reply. Till date there is no return call neither I know what happened to my complaint. I want action to be taken for this mental harrassment i had gone through. Its very non professional on the part of Neeta travels that being the highest used travels, they treat their customers like this.

                          I find neeta travels very disgusting and not worth wasting money. They are only interested in filling their passengers and they dont care if the passengers reach on time. I went to Shirdi from Pune by neeta travels and I was told that I would reach before the 12 o'clock aarti. They wasted time in filling passenger as they did not want empty seats, they took around 2 hrs to do soand we reached at 1pm.

                          It is disgusting as they give you no proper service and have no respect for peoples time. I recommend that you dont travel by Neeta at all.
                          You are very right in your frustration... My suggestion try the Shivneri next time. The state volvo's are not only better, cleaner but are scheduled and faster too... Was amazed on my last trip from Pune. 3.05 hours flat it touched Dadar from Pune Station...

                            I took a Neeta Volvo from chembur to pune on 28th Feb 2009. I was given a ticket for Rs250 by one of thier many ticketing agents in chembur. The ticket did not even have a seat number and the agent was not even sure which bus it was for. Finally a bus arrived and he went and discussed with the driver to allow me to sit. When I got on the bus I was told that there was an extra charge of Rs100 for my luggage which consisted of 2 bags and a carton. When I argued as to why I was not told this when I booked the ticket I was very rudely told by the driver to get off the bus and tell the agent that the driver has refused to take me. After a big argument I had to relent and give a 100Rs as I had to get to Pune urgently and the driver pocketed this money and when I asked him for a reciept he said they did not have company reciept books and on any further argument he could throw me out of the bus. I was also told by the booking agent that his job was just to give me a ticket and he did not care about the luggage part and that was between the passenger and Neeta.

                            This goes to show that a company like Neeta as no clear Policies on Ticketing and ticketing agents are just appointed out of the blue. Also no conduct control on the staff and they are to behave anyway they want with the passenger. This is for the information of other poeple willing to take this service anytime.
                            i disagree 2 this comment because i believe that there must have been problem 2 u sir but it totally ur travel agents problem and chembur has neetas own head office in which i[censored] wud had travelled wud had not cause any problem the no..is [protected]

                              v had booked the ticket from goa(madgaon) to mumbai (travelling date 26th jan 6:30P.M bus ) from neeta travels borvali(w) -mumbai v were alloted seat no 17&18. When reach the madgoan(kadambra bus stand) on 26th jan scene was different he had sold the ticket to some other passenger doesn't allow us to board the bus when v contact concern person mr damodar (panji office neeta volvo ) he told dat v hadn't given him the call to confirned the ticket .His staff member abuses us harras us
                              once the seat is alloted to passenger on ticket ( mentoined on ticeket ) still v need to call and confirmed the ticket ? dats amazing ! poor service

                                I took a Neeta mumbai darshan coach, and they are bounded to show all the main places they said for.

                                they have also charged in advance for the same. but by evening their bus got some problem, and for that we had to wait for long at the road side on the way of Mahalakshami Temple. then their another bus came & took us to the temple & said that our bus will come soon to pick up us from there. after darsan (within 10-15 mins), we came back the stop but no bus came to pick up & we waited for 1 hour. in the meanwhile we contact their person, who said now no bus will come because it has come to take us but we were not there. and when we contact them again they put us on hold & did not give any reply till last.

                                then we have faced so many problems to reach our hotel that was in santa cruz (west), because the place is new for us. thats why we hired mumbai darshan coach, but they betrayed us.Neither they come nor return our money back, as they charged excess.

                                this is very rediculus & these kind of services are not acceptable. kindly take appropriate action against them. otherwise i approach high authorities/consumer courts.

                                I have booked 3 tikets of dated[protected] from Thane - (Mumbai) to Shirdi (Ahamadnagar) & return[protected]morning 8.30 am). while from thane to shirdi there was no problem but while return instead of 8.30 bus left shirdi office at 9.30 am and near by the office another pickup point was there again driver stoped the bus and around 30 to 45 min. waiting for passangers and again and like wise driver collecting passangers from highway and from outside the ST stand all passangers complaint the driver and also the pickpoint offices that don't take so much time on the pickpoint but they just told us "jub bus full hoga tabhi to aage jayega. aapko mangata hai vo karo." we told them this is not the share auto we ahve to reach our places on time. but they were not ready to listen us while returning back bus no. 5458.

                                  I took a Neeta Travel bus from Pune to Dadar (Mumbai). The bus was to depart from Pune at 9 pm, which it did, but it spent an hour roaming around Pune picking up passengers and by the time it left Pune actual, it was close to 10:15 pm.

                                  Having taken their usual breaks, it reached Sion at 1 pm, where I was told that the bus would go straight to Borivli as they skip Dadar post midnight. And I was asked to take a cab till Dadar.

                                  When I protested, the driver and helpers were least bothered and had be offloaded.

                                  I ended up spending another Rs 100.

                                  I have noticed that the services of Neeta are deteriorating day by day. I travel on the Mumbai Pune route very often. I am told that Neeta does not directly operate the buses but has given the contract to third parties. These people just do not care for the customers who have booked the tickets in advance. The buses do not stop at pick up points and at times they arrive before time and depart without picking up the passengers. This happened to me and my family members twice in two months. It is extremely irritating and frustrating to see the bus just leave in front of your eyes without stopping to pick u up. Yesterday i had booked a seat in Bus no. 48 (Ticket No.44328) from Pune to Mumbai and my pick up point (Kinara) was clearly informed to Neeta while booking. However despite waiving at the bus at 6.30 pm, the bus driver did not stop the bus. When i reported this to the agent (Sana travels-Ideal colony), he showed his helplesness and diverted me to Neeta (Mr.Dutta). I had to wait at the stop for more than an hour waisting my precious time. A similar incident occured last month when my family was travelling from Mumbai to Pune (Agent-Neeta HO, Chembur-Yogi), when the bus arrived 30 minutes before time and left without picking up my family. All these incidences are completely unacceptable and cannot be forgiven. If i do not receive a proper justification from Neeta, i will take appropriate steps and also not hesitate to approach concerned authorities/ consumer courts.

                                    We took Return Ticket from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai on date 17th Nov, 08. The Bus was suppose to start at 9.00 pm from Shanti Villa, Mahableshwar.

                                    The Bus did not came in time. Also the Management at the hotel did not conveyed correct reason. They were rude in talking and simply said bus is stuck in traffic and will be there in another 10 minutes. The Bus finally arrived at 10.45 pm

                                    I suggest Management to improve the service or close down their bullock cart ride and to co-pessenger never take Neeta Travels Bus Service. There are other options Swami Travels.

                                    I frequently travel from mumbai to pune and i do face lots of issues with neeta volvo. Firstly they charge the fees whatever they wish, and they do not have good buses also, the tv in the volvo is usually not working, the bus breaks down on the highway and they do not provide alternative travel arrangement, the buses wait at the food mall for more than half an hour and the 2 hours journey is made hell and is streched by one hour. while on festivals they chanrge double the usual rate. the buses are not serviced properly, its dirty and smelly, there is no facility of online booking or telephone booking, they say telephone booking is present but whenever i call they say that please come to the office and book the ticket.

                                    There are no rules for these types of travel agencies they are their own masters, i am really unhappy but i do not have any option than using this. Hope there is some improvment in this.
                                    though there r lakhs of people travelling in neeta today some have bad experiences also but u cant blame the management for all the reasons because running business in mumbai and now being the largest fleet of volvo in whole of asia is not easy so i am a frequent traveller in neeta and i do appreciate there service
                                    i have been travelling to pune from last 10 years and use 2 pay 200 bucks for an luxury non ac bus that time i guess diesel rates were half wat it is today and taxes were also very less but after ten years now where neeta has volvos introduce on this routes wid taxes diesel touching sky high and wid an such an expensive volvo coaches wid the same fare of 200 bucks has to be given credit these people have brought class and comfort at an affordable price which is an great achievement

                                    People are frustated and one day they will show their anger on this bus service.

                                    I would like to bring to the notice of people who think that Neet is good..I was travelling from Shirdi to Pune by Neeta "Volvo"(So called) service. I happened to travel by your bus on the 26th May 2009 and I was shocked to see the condition of the bus and the wonderful timings which they maintain.. I was told that the bus would leave Shirdi by 4 and I was picked up by 5:15! To add to the woes, the bus was the crappiest of all I have seen till date (I think local village buses were better off). Broken glasses, hopeless noise from outside, stinking interiors, AC vents that are patched by Cellophane tapes!!!, Broken lights... and the list is neer ending..

                                    Travelling by Neeta Volvo is the worst thing that can happen and I would reccomend everyone to avoid this hopeless bus service.

                                    I along with my 5 friends were travelling from Pune to Mumbai on 2 nd May, 2009 in the early morning (7 'o clock in vanaz corner, Bus no - 3218 ) . We have booked 6 seats (each of Rs 280) before the journey date. We were given the seat numbers and we had prefered to take the seats together. When we get into the bus, our seats were already occupied. We asked the staff(in the bus) for our seat. But he suggested to seat in any place. We took adjacent 6 seats. After sometime some passengers came and one of Neeta volvo staff told 2 o[censored]s to move to the last seat. But we denied to do so because we wanted to seat together.Then that staff behave very rudely(even with ladies). And just shouted that either we go to the last seat or just go out of the bus. We just requested him to give our own seat( seat number written in the ticket) so that we can seat together. But he was to rough with us.

                                    After that we told the driver, staff in the bus. But nobody responded. They were behaving as if we were travelling without ticket. We called the Neeta Volvo office. But they also havnt took any step. In the Neeta's Inn, Lonavla the staff Gopal was told to see the problem..But he too hadn't responded. Even they were just about to sell our seats to some passengers in Lonavla.

                                    This is the worst customer service i have ever met.
                                    I used love traveling by Neeta Volvo to pune. I go very frequently but recently My God!!! its become the worst nightmare ever. Going by Neeta now means my Blood pressure goes sky high.. I sweat throughout the journey their A/C sucks.. it stinks, the seats are all torn and tattered and the springs prick your backside, they stop and pick up every tom dick and harry even accept parcels from roadside, ( they could contain bombs) for all you know... it takes 6 hours to reach pune.. and worst of all they don't take u to the last bus stop they throw u outside pune not even Aundh.. and ask you to find Ur way from there. Disgusting!!! I have sworn never to step into a Neeta Volvo ever again..
                                    I travelled by Neeta Volvo bus from Chembur Diamond Garden Mumbai to Pune on 16.6.2009. I booked the ticket on the spot from one of the agents in Maskawala Building. A bus arrived at 1315 hrs. and a few o[censored]s boarded the bus and while boarding we asked the conductor if the bus is upto Pune station and he assured us it is. We know they dont take us to Pune station because of some traffic regulations but they used to drop us at Vaswani chowk or near Dr. Ambedkar Bahavan. However when we reached Shivaji Nagar the conductor announced Shivaji Nagar, Sangam, Pune last stop. There were about 15 passengers including small children who started protesting but the conductor and driver were adamant saying this is the last stop.
                                    Any amount of persuading the driver and conductor that all o[censored]s had checked with him the final destination did not convince him and he forced all o[censored]s to get down even before we had reached Engineering College Pune. This is cheating. The bus also does not display the destination board so the commuters are taken for a real ride. As soon as the bus stopped a large number of rickshaw drivers surrounded the bus like vultures. This seems to be a pact between the Neeta driver and rickshaw drivers to strand the passengers and compel them to take costly rickshaws. I have decided never to travel by this rotten service. The only way we can retaliate is by boycotting and forcing these thugs out of business.

                                    Neeta Volvo — Worse than the worst bus service

                                    This is about Neeta Volvo bus service between Mumbai & Pune. I think it is one of the most hopeless travel companies and the Govt should crack it down and suspend its operations. Irregular timings, Rash driving, misbehaving staff, degraded bus quality (water leaking, broken seats), Irregular pricing, Incorrect seat numbering are just few of the complaints and there are several such more.

                                    Please avoid this bus., I think its better to travel by Asiad or ST bus., atleast they rightly charge you for the kind of service provided. Neeta charges a premium (280 Rs.) and gives bad quality (not worth 100 Rs.)... AVOID AVOID AVOID...
                                    PATHETIC UNRELIABLE SERVICE BY neeta. I had booked a 6 Am ticket leaving Pune. The bus arrived at 6.40 AM at the pick up point! On top of this the bus was still at WAKAD PUNE AT 7.40!!!

                                    None of the staff (receptionist at booking counter) to driver was even apologetic. they simply said- do whatever you want. All those claims of buses leaving every 15 mins are all false and open lies.
                                    In case of less passengers they wait for more passengers to load the bus fully even if it means waiting for hours.
                                    THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A ROWDY BUS OPERATOR AND NEETA.

                                    Use the Government Bus service- timely, safe and reliable.
                                    Most pathetic bus service. Took this service from Mumbai to Pune. We did an internet booking but had to end up buying a normal ticket also. Also the conductors and the bus driver were extremely rude.

                                    I traveled by Neeta's Buses while i was in India from Pune to Mumbai a few times and here are my observations:

                                    1. AGENTS PROVIDING FAKE INFO - The agents and dealer of Neeta do not have proper communication with the Main office. They provide wrong and fake information to make money and sell tickets. I was told at wakad neeta office that the Pune-Dombivli bus goes to Kalyan Ramdev Hotel, so i went ahead and bought the ticket. When the bus came, the driver denied to take the bus to kalyan and said it takes halt at Dombivli for 2 hours.

                                    2. AGENTS FAKING WRONG PRICES AND TAKING COMMISSION OVER THOSE PRICES - Agents take 20-30 Rs extra for Neeta bus trickets and then charge commission on that ticket. Neeta should print pamphlets of Neeta's time table and prices.

                                    3. AGENT FAKING WRONG TIME OF THE BUS TO BAG IN THE TICKETS - Agents and offices at Neeta have terrible service and instead of proper transparent information, they give very vague info like "Bus will come in 15 min" in spite of the bus has still 30-45 min to come. The whole objective is to bag in the tickets even by deceiving customer.

                                    4. ZERO COURTESY - TERRIBLE SERVICE
                                    Most of the dealers and operators at the Neeta offices are very less educated with customer friendliness, serviceability, courtesy and politeness. They are rude, ignorant, provide vague information. They don;t understand that they are representing Neeta's brand name. They need to be educated properly.

                                    SOLUTIONS: I see two solutions to this from Neeta's management:

                                    1. Neeta should make sure that the time table and detailed routes are printed and updated on their website along with the ticket price. Also they should demand that their dealers display detailed pamphlets of Neeta's time table and prices.

                                    2. Neeta should enable online ticket booking of all routes and take just printouts of the ticket like irctc railway booking. Most of the major bus services around the world have these facility and they save tremendous amount of money that Neeta wastes on sync up calls.

                                    3. Educating all the employees and operators at all offices for customer friendliness, serviceability, courtesy and politeness and about the routes and concrete information.
                                    Use State transport buses like Shivneri, Asiad etc. They are also equally comfortable, charge less and provide good infrastructure. They are transparent and so not provide fake information. I found the bus condition of ST Volvo buses to be always better that Neeta.

                                    They immediately send alternatives buses some accident or some problem happens with the buses. And I must say they got very huge network across the state to provide an alternate bus very quickly.
                                    one of the worst staff, and bus service I have seen. I experienced one of the worst staff compared to sharma, konduskar.
                                    Height of the carelessness towards the cusotmers and least botherance to the inconvience of customers, , , that is NEETA VOLVO. This was about one year ago I was travelling by Neeta Volvo from Panaji to Pune. The bus started from Panaji, via Mhapsa it had just reached Mhapsa and while it was climbing the slope of Perne Phata at 10pm, there was a breakdown of oil tank. Some stone had hit the tank and the bus was stopped at the darkened road. No lights ahead and behind. Initially we requested for the replacement to this bus but they kept saying that they will be able to repair the same. It was a hole of @dia 60-70mm, I don't know how they were confident of repairing it. We called Police control room in Panaji and the van of Police arrived at 12.30am. They just told us to have patiance and went off after 15-20min. They were also not bothered for the passengers. It was dark all over and the bus was full with ladies and kids.
                                    The mechanic was called from Kanakwali who reached at 1.30pm. Until we called up their manager at Mumbai & Panaji and asked them to provide a safe place to either stay back or alternative bus to travel.
                                    The moment The people swere asking for some shuttle which can pick all o[censored]s. But nobody responded until 11.30pm, after that their mobiles were swtched off. After people were screaming at the driver and the co-driver they started calling this mechanic. The mechanic was to say that he will be reaching within half an hour. Some passenger used bad words to this guy. The moment they reached they started threatening the people as who was that who was screaming at him. He was not a professional mechanic probably some local mechanic. Neets had no facility on the route from Panaji - Pune in case of any kind of failure.
                                    The mechanic tried to block this hole by means of m-seal and expected all o[censored]s to wait until it gets dried... It was a false hope... After 2.30am when tried to turn the bus ON it travelled only for few meters and they were required to stop the bus there in jungle only...Passengers were very upset and nervous..since there was no light also...Some left back in their personal vehicles back to Panaji those who were Goans...
                                    At 4.30am some people called up a special minibus for themselves and pushed off to Pune by paying extra 1100Rs from their pocket. We were waiting/ co-ordinating with their bus coming from Pune whihc appreared only at 6am where hardly 12-13passengers were left behind...Non-AC bus called from Mhapsa at 6am was transferred the passengers from Volvo of Pune..We started after 6.30am and reached only after 6pm to pune...

                                    It was a horrible experience we had from Neeta... They dont care for customers... They just want to earn money and nothing else...

                                    I have to say that your Pune booking office has the most horrible service.

                                    Your people at the booking office (Akay Travels, near station) or the ones that operate the bus and arrange pickup are just not trained.

                                    I had to wait for a long time for pickup to arrive and your employees didn't communicate clearly when the pickup would arrive. And, when the small pickup arrived it was already packed with people with no room to fit in more people.

                                    The bus was supposed to leave Pune at 3PM and go non-stop to Mumbai. It ultimately left at 4PM and had too many stops in Pune City alone.

                                    This all is just poor customer service and management on part of your company.

                                    I would recommend people not to use your bus service.

                                    I will try and post these incidents in media to make other customers aware of your service.

                                    Your company really needs to learn how to train your employees about treating your customers.
                                    I agree totally with you...Neeta bus service is worst and they take people for granted because of there network. I took bus from Borivli to pune and had confirmed the stop at which I wanted to get down but the moment we reached pune, instead of taking the usual route the driver took another route, when I asked he said that there is no entry to the area where I had asked for the stop. but other volvo buses from other comanies were actually entering that area. On compaining to Neeta bus office the person started yelling at me saying that Neeta is providing us very good service and we should be thankful.
                                    Such bad attitude is totally unaccepted. I suggest to everyone that please don't take Neeta's bus service for anyp lace instaed rely on MSRTC or anytoher bus services but not Neeta. The motel where they halt for break between pune to mumbai is too high priced plus its not even clean n toilets are horrible. I think Neeta sholud really train there staff to talk with customer and hsould not thikn that they are the only bus service in business. It's high there non sense should stop.
                                    hey when i had booked neeta volvo bus online some days back the rates were 500/- (so i booked it and got eticket also) and now when i checked they have increased rates to 1000/- for that date

                                    I traveled through several times but I find their services not up to the mark as their business value is considered. When I had one trip to goa i was frustrated as they told me a timing of 10 pm, a pickup car came they left me to some unknown place where the bus was. Later on we came to know that sleeper coach is not going to enter the city we have to go out on highway to catch the bus, on that the drivers kept fighting as nobody was ready to take the passengers to the bus stop. It was pathetic & not at all professional. Th same incident happened to me when I was last coming to surat from Neeta, the bus timing was 9 pm, the pickup bus started at 9pm from pune station! we reached sangamwadi around 9:30 pm, there was only single bus from Neeta which was for mumbai, all the passengers who were to go to ahmedabad were in a fix. They sent us to kothrud by the mumbai neeta which was a well maintained semi-sleeper bus. In kothrud we shifted to another bus which was going to ahmedabad, the same semi-sleeper but in a pathetic condition! They made us wait there for don't know how long... but only thing I know is that i left pune at 11:30 pm... & the bus time which I was given was 9pm. Neeta Sucks !!
                                    The Neeta Bus Service has definitely brought a standard of transportation in India with a cost effective tarriff I agree to that and I have been travelling with Neeta past 16 years when they had a JV with TPH Travels. I would say equipment (BUS) standards are excellent (excluding the worn out buses on some routes) the issue is the staff ( at Shirdi / Goa / Mahabaleshwar / etc. may be they are not the direct staff of Neeta) who are rude at all times and I have expereinced all the time that I had traveled the second line of staff is the so called Cleaner on the bus who assist the baggae is the KING of all the RUDE factors this person should be well trained to behave with passengers and how to answer without rudeness. Just a recent incident while coming back from Shirdi to Mumbai, the bus was suppose to depart 2230 and the office representative of Neeta in Neeta Hotel told us to go and board the bus as its ready it was 2200 hrs so I handed over my e-ticket to the representative and told my family to go ahead and sit in the bus since my Mother Law aged 63 was along and with no option to wait outside we approached the bus and knocked the door OH GOSH I did a crime the cleaner on bus was so annoyed on me that he didnt open the door and said still time wait we will call you upon whihc I told him that your person has already started the check in so open the door but to my nerve he didnt move and opened the door only when the REP called him that was at 2220 and when I hand over my luggage a bag he just threw the bag in the compartment upon which I told him can you please keep the bag properly he said its proper and started grumbling upon which again I asked whats the proplem he said where you want to keep the HERE pointing outside ...It was real pain when he said that end of the day I had to keep myself cool to avoid any leading issues if I would react. Dont remember the date of travel (June 2011) but the bus # was Mercedes 5353.

                                    I know even if there are 10K complains there wouldnt be any action and if NEETA is taking things seriously they should consider even one complain for an action.

                                    Well I will still continue to ride and take NEETA Bus Services and the arguments the grieviences will go on with kind of treatment and services we receive at times some time good some times bitter.

                                    I was trvelling through neeta sleeper bus frm mahableshwar to Mumbai at 11:55 frm there, 1 thing bus nt punctual, started at 12.10, bus is stiking, I hd booked A1 and 2 whole seat is wet, I told the cleaner if its vacant at back I wll adust with my kid, he refuse he said full bus is pack, after some time he has taken some passenger in middle of the journey and charged also, so my query is nt solve he suppose to adust my seat he didn't and extra person is taking in between journey and charge also something about 450 frm them. I wll suggest 2 all my friends pls don't travel to neeta buses, as its in pathitic condition, striking, charging point nt working, at the entrance no main door cleaner is sitting my seat, I ignore him, so I am infrming the management to pls improve your bus services as we r paying 700 per seat as compare I am satisedfied with Swami travels bus is in good condition and neat and tidy. pls dnt travel with neeta bus tours I hd grt feed back with them

                                    But the driver and there cleener all the rooth searching road class passenger for some earning side income for that passenger they waited long time
                                    This bus is 2x1 sliper coach they seated 4x2 in that empty seat
                                    When I asked him what time they reached my last stop ie bhuj

                                      I would like to place on record the most bitter experience having my ticket booked on Ticketvala.com and opting to travel by Neeta Travels from Mumbai to Pune on 2nd November 2008. My booking was confirmed to me on 29th October vide PNR number: EV0XDI. The bus was supposed to have departed from the pickup up point at Yogi Restaurant Chembur at 2.45 PM and I had reached the pickup point at 2.15 PM.I spoke to the number[protected]Mr Saifen, name is guess), was informed that I was on the bus number 1718, and a mobile number was given to find the location of the bus. I spoke to the mobile number and the driver of the bus informs that the bus was already in vashi and the bus has come to Chembur pickup point at 2.00 PM. I was totally aghast at this and tried speaking to neeta office at the number stated above. I spoke to them 14 times to find the state of my travel to pune to only be humiliated and mentally tortured, the line was cut this many times hence the number of times called was 14, this can ve verified by the call records of my mobile phone. I need an expalation on this and need to be compensated for the mental torture and agony I underwent through the experience of booking theroug ticketvala .com. Further, the toll free number listed[protected]ticketvala.com) was not contactable from Mumbai. I will be formally lodging my complain to the apporpriate authorities as well.

                                      I also had a similar experience not once but twice in 2 months. The service of Neeta is the lousiest and they dont just bother about the customers once they have received the money. I found out that Neeta does not ply the buses directly and has given contract to third party who do not care at all.

                                      I Think we have to take this up to the concerned authorities and also lodge a strong complaint with Consumer courts if we have to stop this harassment from Neeta travels.

                                      We need to jointly raise our voice against this menace. Pls. contact me on my email ID [protected]@indiatimes.com so that we can teach them a lesson.

                                      on 10/11/2009 i traveled by neeta travels (volvo multi excel) from vashi to chiplun the colour of bus is orange the person was charged me RS-400 /- actually distance is only250km, my personal suggestion is that your travel company directly charged RS-250/- FROM CUSTOMER & present an authorised recipt, so whatever ticket charged will be go to travel company not to your employers & one more complaint i like to give that your drivers stop buses in such hotels who is very dirty &unhygenic so pls take sirously

                                        We were travelling from Pune to Bombay by Neeta Volvo no: MH-04-G-3977. This volvo is not in good condition as per Volvo Standards. Due to heavy leakage in a/c duct ( we have got the photographs also), a/c was not working.
                                        How does this forum i.e Consumer Complaints will help.

                                        The details of over all complaints are as under::

                                        1) Volvo veh. no: MH-04-G-3977, there was a leakage due to which a/c in entire bus was not working.
                                        2) Bus condition was third class
                                        3) There were plastic cello tapes affixed on many a/c out lets, even one bisleri bottle was affixed in one big hole behind driver's seat.
                                        4) Broken Armrest on many seats, even seats were not kleen
                                        5) Neeta travel has mentioned on their official web site that their driver & staff is in uniform which was untrue.
                                        6) Bus was making lot of noice (unlike as claimed on their website)
                                        7) It was very evident from the look of the bus from inside that it is not maintained properly.
                                        8) No proper DVD system.
                                        9) Though they have mentioned that they have got Volvo certified drivers how ever today's driving was not good, there were lot of jerks which was observed just because of bad driving.

                                        I had booked my ticket for Pune-Jalgaon journey on dated 22nd August, 2011. The bus had to pick up from Aundh Parihar chk. Bus timing was 10'o clk. I asked for bus at agency, he told it will arrive by 10.15. When he called driver he said that the bus will not come at aundh due to Dahihandi.The bus was arrived at Pune stn. After 5 min. the driver told to come at Vimannagar. The agent said to cancel the ticket at 10:35pm.
                                        Very Very bad service...
                                        Please reimburse the amount & time. Improve service...

                                        I had travelled through Neeta A/c semi sleeper volvo from Jalgaon to Pune on dated 24th Aug 2011.
                                        The destination was Nigdi but there was no passanger from Jagtap dairy chowk. So driver said that this is last stop. The bus will not go to Nigdi & you have to left at Jagtap Dairy chk since there was no passanger with me. When requested to drop me at old Bombay Pune highway at chinchwad, the driver was reacted very rude and arrogant. Requesting to reimburse the amount.
                                        Please improve the service...

WE ARE EXPECTING TWO VOLVO A/C BUSES IN THE SAME ROUTE AT THE EARLIEST, ONE IN THE MORNING (9 TO 11 AM) AND ANOTHER IN THE NIGHT (AFTER 9.00 PM). I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.
