I have been trying to cancel my booking but all nos on internet are invalid.

I had booked a hotel from Travelguru and wish to cancel it. The cancellation window closes on 18th November 2022 (Tomorrow). I have been trying to get in touch with them via mails and calls but all the numbers listed on their website are invalid and there is no response to the mails either. I have already made the complete payment for the hotel booking and if this gets delayed then they wont refund the amount. Tried to login on their website...

I have booked Hotel City Manor, Thiruvanmiyur Chennai using TravelGuru for the date 9th June and 10th June 2022. Booked successfully and received email with the Booking Confirmation.

This site is a big scam where in Yatra.com is also a part of it.

I am made a hotel booking, when I checked with the hotel, they said, they did not receive any booking from travelguru or Yatra.com, I am allowed for free cancellation till 05th June 2022, I am trying to do it today (27th May 2022), but on their website everything works other than cancellation page, their customer service is still leaving in COVID days, their IVR say's due to covid restriction we are are shortage of staff to answer your call, Gods grace the world is come to normal but they are still leaving in COVID days, I have sent an email to them, not sure if they will replly.

The ticket I received is from Yatra.com so it means Yatra is a part of this.

It is better to book directly from hotels, than to go through this online sites, who just take our money and keep us in loop.

I had booked a hotel room through travelguru and in the PDF copy generated while booking it was mentioned that I can cancel the room before 30th of April. But I am trying to cancel the booking from 25th of April but I'm not getting any reply from them. I tried by sending mail to travelguru email address, tried to contact them by phone but all my efforts were in vain as no one replied. Please cancel the booked room and refund the amount.

I had booked a resort in Wayanad through "Travel Guru" website. I have made a full payment to the resort through travel agency for the dates 15, 16 April 2022. Being 5 ladies in the group and having 2 senior ladies we reached the resort by around 2.30pm. For our shock the resort persons informed that there is no booking from TravelGuru and they don't have any information on the booking. We were shocked as we didn't have any place to stay other than the booking to resort "Jungle Retreat". As it was long weekend we didn't have any option to look for other stays in Wayanad. With no network and internet to connect we were stranded in the place with a very helpless situation. Also as there was a festival in that area there were no restaurants open for that day. We had to manage for our mothers with biscuits that we had bought. It was such a helpless situation without food and even for a washroom we didn't have a place that day. We have been cheated for an amount of 22, 000. More than the amount it was a mental pressure when we visited different state. Please guide me on how to raise and block this TravelGuru.

i booked by website 3 nights for waynard hotel from 14 april2022 to 17 apr 2022, travel guru send me confirmation mail and when I reached hotel they said that they have informed travel guru that their rooms full, but travel guru not given me any intimation. they deducted full amount of 14, 074 and now none of their numbers are working, nor they are responding on emails. auto response comes.

this seems online fraud from the company so please advice legal help to get my refund on same

I have booked a room for 2 Adults and one child below 12 years, in Anu Anant Lodge at sangli from 17th May 2019 to 23rd May 2019, @800/- per day amount to Rs.4800/- plus taxes minus discount of Rs.1000/- Which amounts to Rs.4027/- I paid the money through Debit Card, on 18th Feb 2019 at 14.01 Hours but no SMS or Mail received by me uptill now. I called the Hotel Owner but he says he is not attached with Travel Guru. I tried to contact Travel Guru on all their numbers, but to no avail. Pl see that if my booking is not valid please refund my Amount.

Vide ref. No[protected] dt. O5/04/2018 one standard double room booked at gompus hotel, kalimpong for 17th may 2019 to 20th may 2019 after payment of rd.7600/- online and obtained hotel ref no tgu[protected] indicating no refund against cancellation.
Today i contacted to hotel compo, kalimpong over phone but regretted the above booking as the they do not have any relation with yarra.com.
This is surprising to note by me.
Pl. Check the booking above as you booked it through yatra.com and bring confirmation and pass on to me otherwise refund full without any prejudice.

I booked hotel oxford, erode, tamilnadu from 13.11.17 to 14.11.17 in the name of arumugam r. But the hotel management said they will not accept online booking. So please cancel my hotel booking and reimburse the amount rs.719.0 immediately.

I had booked arya lodge mysore online from official website of yatra.com for check-in on 29th sep 2017 with ref number yat [protected] on 11 th aug. 2017 and paid full amount through net banking (Bank statement attached) and confirmed booking. (Confirmation attached herewith) on 28 th sept, i got message from them that, the booked lodge is not available on 29th sep 2017 and they cancelled my reservation without my consent.
On 29 th october 11, 2017 after reaching to mysore at 10.30 p. M. I occupied same room in the same lodge which i was already booked 50 days in advance and for the same one, lodge authorities charged me rs 3500/- per day. On that day i was with my 7o year’s old parents so i paid that one. Yatra.com exploits their customers in association with their business partners and they don’t follow any business ethics. Even after paying full booking amount they are highly unreliable and does not accept the responsibility of assured accommodation to the customers. Their staff also rude and not paying attention on the customers satisfaction.

I booked two rooms in suraj holel at nandyal. The site showed rooms available and made me to pay advance amount in full. After 24 hrs i get a call from travel guru stating that the rooms are not available at this hotel for the dates i booked. When asked for immediate refund they state that it was not possible to refund immediately but it would take working days for refund. Complaint is about
1. Showing incorrect infromation and collecting full advace money.
2. When it comes to refund they take their own time.

I booked a room at hotel treebo lakeside inn nanital through travel guru months back but when i reached the hotel the receptionist said they had no information about my reservation. I was so upset as i had my family with me. I was so tensed about it, they spoiled my holiday as i went to relax not to get tensed. Later after a phone call my rooms were sorted out. I got settled in a small room as they said this is all we have got. I had left a message in my booking for the hotel but no one had any idea about my request.
