Neeta Tours & Travels — Leaving consumer in the middle of journey | |||||
Date[protected] I was travelling from nashik to pune in neeta bus NO MH0448384 booked from saroj travels mumbai naka. at Narayangao bus driver took a halt saying bus is stopped for tea. I confirmed the same from driver and withing 5 min driver headed towards pune without confirmation if all passagngers are in. And he left me at naraygao. From there i had to trave with another bus and also in the meantime i tried to contact the concern prople from where a booked the tickets but noboday was reciveing phone. and when recived i had very arrogant replies from the person who is from Saroj Travels.
