Formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service I received from Ankit travels/Neeta Tours & Travels in connection with my recent travel booking (PNR Reference No: [[protected]]).
On [05-May-25(Neeta Tours & Travels], I purchased bus booking through your agency Ankit Travels. Unfortunately, the service fell short of what was promised and expected. Specifically:
• #1 – I was charged INR 1, 200 (INR 600 per seat for two passengers) by Ankit Travels for a journey from Mahabaleshwar to Pune. However, my co-passenger, traveling a significantly longer distance from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai, was charged only INR 550. This stark discrepancy in fares is unreasonable and unacceptable.
• #2 – I was traveling with my 2-year-old infant, and the journey was extremely uncomfortable due to the poor condition of the bus, which was comparable to — or worse than — a government MSRTC (ST) bus. Additionally, there was an unreasonable delay caused by the driver's attempt to fill all the seats during our travel. Although the agency had confirmed a drop-off time of 6:30 PM, we did not reach our destination until approximately 7:55 PM, which is highly disappointing.
• #3 – Additionally, the driver and the assistant (cleaner) dropped us at the wrong location, approximately 2 kilometers away from our intended destination. To make matters worse, they immediately drove off with the bus, leaving us stranded. The area they left us in was unfamiliar and it was extremely difficult to find local transportation from there, which is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. Moreover, the staff displayed extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, even showing aggression towards female passengers. Such conduct is completely unacceptable and understandably caused great frustration and distress.
Despite my attempts to resolve the issue by contacting your customer service executive on 06-May, I have not received an adequate response or solution. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have decided never to travel with Neeta Travels again. I also intend to share my experience widely to ensure others are aware of the poor quality of service and can make informed decisions.
