Sub: Removal of Mobile Tower In Midst Of Residential Area at roof of H.No.13-4-120, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad, A.P, INDIA

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Tappachabutra, Karwan Road, Hyderabad – 500067; and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity of hazardous situation.

Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Abdul Jameel s/o Late Abdul Kareem, owner of the building with H.No: 13-4-120, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad – has licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Tappachabutra, Hyderabad .

In view of the above, the neighbors tried reaching out to Abdul Jameel but in vain as he has rented out the building to tenants and staying elsewhere. The tenant did not cooperate to provide his whereabouts nor any contact information.

As your good self is aware of the harmful radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and work as slow poison.

The sad part is that the number of cancer cases are increasing in our locality with almost 11 cases in 26 houses and about 4 have succumbed to the disease. All the cases are within a radius of 100 meters of the said tower.

As per the rules it is the necessary to take ‘no objection certificate’ from neighbors and surrounding areas, before installing the tower, which was not considered in this case.

We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the mentioned House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.
