I, sardar m. Khan, owner and resident of house number 12-2-786/16, rethi bowli, dishadnagar colony, mehdipatnam, would like to bring to your attention the issue of illegal construction at our next door neighbour's house. The house (No. 12-2-786/17) belongs to mr. Mohammed ali. He is constructing a 5 floor commercial building without leaving the appropriate set-back as specified in the municipal by-laws. Not leaving enough set-back is making the gap between our houses very narrow and will cause insufficient air flow.
Also, the neighbour did not cover his construction structure, due to which one side of our building & floor tiles are damaged.
A notice was sent to the neighbour from ghmc a week back but still the construction is going on in full swing.
I sincerely request you to please look into this matter and i’m sending this letter to you with the hope that i will get justice.
