Its been a months time since i have taken this neon broadband connection at Mhada, kandivali west. I was given 15 gb plan of 10 mbps but in actual the speed is 0.15mbpsdownload and 0.32 mbps upload. The operator has also taken 6 month advance charge. I have been chasing the operator to look into the matter in regards to the speed but everytime i get a response that some upgradation is goig on. Now the operator has stopped answering my calls.
As a consumer i feel cheated and i want an immediate action against these operators who fools the customer like this.
