Neon Broadband is unable to resolve my complaint since past one month. I have opted for 50 mbps yearly plan which worked fine for first 3 months. but since February internet is constantly down. it's either extremely slow with speeds falling as low as less than 1 mbps or just disconnected
Every week having conversations with Mr Chirag who is the owner of this company and taking repeated follow ups, the issue remains unresolved with fake promises to resolve it in 1 day or two. This has been going on since past 2 months now.
