[Resolved] Neptune Developers Ltd — cheating and fraud with around 1000 customer for booking the flats

My name is Dayanand Yadav, I have book a flat in Neptune Swaraj at Ambiwali on 19th July 2010 at sector IID Building no. D4, flat no.402. I have already paid the booking amount in two parts as demand by builder by receipt no NDL/6102286/2010 and NDL/6102699/2010 on 19th july 2010 and 12th Aug 2010 respectively. I also paid the service tax of amount Rs 2572 by receipt number NDL/6105183/2011 . I m continuously visiting his site sales office for possession/registarion in every two month. Every time his reprentative informing me that in 3 months registration will be done, paper is in KDMC for approval but it tooks almost 4 year with such reason. Now still they r givng the same reason .I m not only the one, they have cheated with around 1000 of customers . Pls suggest the way so that they should be penalised for cheating with middle class family. Regards Dayanand Yadav [protected]

My name is Ratna Hase, I am having a f flat in Neptune Swaraj at Ambivali 9 b which is completed after 5 to 6 yrs which is we book only for the name of Neptune Developer which is one of the best builders we think its a project like a DSK Group Project In Pune which fullfill our dream so we book but we had worst experience its a very worst project forever buildings & area is looks like we are staying in the Slum no water ( People are suffering daily for water) no cleanliness, its only dirty place. building looks like 50 years old we booked for 5 laks in 2009 but no price increase after so many years the wrong decision we have taken to book the flat in Neptune.
