We mr bhagwan l chatlani and archana b chatlani were called for registration yesterday on 14-8-18 for the flat no ekansh a 1705 and a 1708 but the registration was not done and i have to go back without doing registration because agreement was not prepared properly and the amount i have paid was 27000/- for each flat but the agreement was mentioned 19999/- paid and name was not mentioned properlyand i asked what is this they said this is the amount you have paid and it is in our records and you provide proof if you have we have received this amount only and you can go back if you dont want to do then i provided proof to them the statement of my credit card one ashwini madam and sanket were in talk with me i was being harrased and waste of time and money i had travelled long from andheri my work place took leave and spend 1800/- for transportation and my wife also came taking leave and daily income loss of 4500 who will bear the cost again we have to come for the same work as my wife is also suffering from cancer she is not able to travel again and again this is really harrassment and not maintaining of accounts is this the way of working no account maintaining no service no proper commitment as per schedule as neptune builders is the brand group and reputation will be spoiled due to the same.

    Its shivam shukla contact no. [protected] order id is 10427832.I had purchased one plus one sandstone 64 gb in excellent condition but there are alot of scratches in screen and back panal, battery back up is very low, screen become white and twinkle all the time. I am going to complain consumer forums. I have called so many times in quicker but you guys are not solving my problem. It is extremely annoying.

      I have received HTC One M7 (black 32 gb) refurbished through quiker certified mobile on 12.02.2106 vide Invoice No.[protected], dt.08.02.2016.

      1) It is slow charging even it is put to connect day long will not be 100% moreover it is showing notification that to use original charger but Iam using the charger and cable provided with the mobile itself .

      2) Not identified with the PC and not not accepting the sim card carrier brand and showing the notification as unknown number but sim card is working and whenever I turned on the mobile data function the mobile data is not connecting causing very much inconvenience.

        Neptune Developers approached us and said they would develop a website for our company. They said the UI would be great and the website would be responsive. They kept asking for money during the course of the project, which we paid since they said an investment was involved for developing all this. However, after what seemed like an eternity, endless follow ups and arguments, they have given us a sub standard website which regularly crashes despite them having claimed they've given us loads of server space.

        Don't cheated with genuine people, your staff is very bad and helpless, i am suggested to everyone that please dont buy any house from this developer, as from last 3 months after so many follow up till date my booking amount not yet refund and nor get any confirmation received from developer. it is worst experience at the time of submission the booking form, thank god that i decided to not buy property in this group then i have to facing issues in future also. Neptune group manager Dinesh Wagh is very helpless and irresponsible person.

            We had asked Neptune developers to develop iOS and Android applications for our product. They took a 40% advance from us and asked for a development period of 4 months. It has been 8 months now and we just got to see the 1st version, which was poor in quality. The user interface is not friendly, load time is extremely slow and there are many glitches. We had paid them a further 20% and now are stuck with these vendors, whose attitude increasingly is becoming uncooperative. Whom should we approach to recover our money?

              Neptune application developers had promised me a CRM tool for being deployed in my organization within 2 months. They held extensive meetings with us in which they convinced us that they would deliver what we needed, saying it would be at par with market standards. They demanded a 60% advance, stating that the investment they would make would be huge and so they needed some buffer amount. However, after we paid them the demanded amount, they turned uncooperative. Their deadlines extended by months and they repeatedly kept asking for more money. The demos of the CRM tool which they have shown us is extremely slow and filled with bugs. They say that is what we will get for the amount which we have paid. We have already paid them Rs. 12, 50, 000. What should we do now?

                cheating and fraud with around 1000 customer for booking the flats

                My name is Dayanand Yadav, I have book a flat in Neptune Swaraj at Ambiwali on 19th July 2010 at sector IID Building no. D4, flat no.402. I have already paid the booking amount in two parts as demand by builder by receipt no NDL/6102286/2010 and NDL/6102699/2010 on 19th july 2010 and 12th Aug 2010 respectively. I also paid the service tax of amount Rs 2572 by receipt number NDL/6105183/2011 . I m continuously visiting his site sales...

                Dear Sir, We have booked flat in "AMBIVALI-SWARAJYA"project being developed by Neptune developers in NOV 2011. We have paid 10% of total flat cost as TOKEN amount along with service charge in 2011. Till now bulider didn't send any communication letter regarding registration nor about any project current status information. Whenever we do any inquiry on phone gives false information and says project will start in next 2-3 months and so on.Specially not intimating anything on their letter head.                   Please read….worth reading it for you to know about the concerns/complaints and business ethics of Neptune Some of my experiences with Netpune and Complaint about it. - Booked 2 flat with Neptune for myself and my brother in Kalyan(Ambivili) on 30-May-2012….Booking was based on just you name “THE NEPTUNE GROUP”...but I feel that was biggest mistake I made. - Paid 20% amount of flat on time without delay. - Commitment from Neptune at that time was Dec-2014 and Registration of flat between Dec-2012 to March-2013. - In March registration date postponed to May-Jun ...This was told when constant follow up done with your representative. No intimation to customer - In June registration date postponed to Oct-Nov ...This was told when constant follow up done with your representative. No Intimation to customer - Delivery date for flat now been changed to Dec-2015. … No intimation. Came to know after follow up. - We booked 2 flat one for my brother and myself. One flat was Lake facing…Now it changed to Garden facing…..No intimation to customer. Came to know after follow up. - When we booked flat Building no is changed ….No intimation to customer. Came to know after follow up. - When asked for delay answer is “ Do whatever you want” and that Senior Manager speak such a language. - When told about some complaints from other customer which is posted on internet…Senior Manager level person does not care about it….and he does not have any regrets about delay in earlier Phases of project at Kalyan…ridiculous. . - We have been given only Payment receipt and not any flat allocation letter. When we asked after 1 year that, Is there any document/paper, which would be like flat allocation letter then they said yes it. We got it only after follow up and personal enquiry. Ideally it has to be given to the customer in first place. - Hence we cancelled one flat with hope that another flat will be ok to keep and you will follow the timelines. - After more than 5 and half months of cancellation we came to know that we need wait for more 3-4 week because cancellation was not registered in system…..Even after following up every month no intimation on this to Customer. However as per their policy they must refund money in 3 months time from the date of cancellation submission. I have submitted the request on 25th May 2013 and its November month now. - When asked for delay answer “Don’t try to take out our faults. We will check”. and that Senior Manager speak such a language. - NO response on phone or emails when asked for refund. (Kindly refer trail mail where we have send acknowledgement copy of cancellation and ask for refund/status. Still there is no response and Site office Sr.Manager not even responding over phone/emails) - Now we decide to cancel our 2nd flat as well and get rid of it. In all this drama 1 year and 5 months….Neptune is in Profit by 1 lakh Rs (Cancellation amount) with Cancellation of 2 flats...In addition earned interest on 10 Lakh Rs for one year and ready to sale our flats with revised rates to new customer. The only looser is customer. Also Behind this we have got lot mental stress on not getting any response for project start, refund money etc. and also from their executive who do not respond to anything. Even after 1.3 years there is no registration and no progress in project..still we get response from you like "you are not patient and you have not given any loan that your following up on money." - Still being kindful to you I will wait till 10-Sept for your response on earliest date on refund.If we do not see any positive response then we will think of approaching consumer forum.                     Hi,

                    Neptune Developers are delaying the posession for more than 3 years .We have booked flats in march 2009 .

                    We have not yet got the possession. They are playing with all the people who go to their office.

                    The situation is too bad and poor people who has booked are not properly entertained.

                    We have paid all our money and still the construction is not completed.

                    They are just giving false assurances.

                    Can we go on air with few people support on this issue.
