Nestle — Worst quality standards weevils and black spots in maggie

I bought a maggie pack of 4 few days back and cook 1 brick of it and found there were weevils floating in water i stopped cooking and looked into the pack there were a few more died in the pack and on looking further I found that there were some black fungus like spots into it also. I tweeted about it people from thier end called me and asked me to give them that pack for investigation process and they told me that they will take the action post the investigation process . The also asked me to have a replacement of that approx 40rs pack . What If childrens in my house had ate that, what If I had ate that I still have that pack kept as it is with me I want to sue nestle India for such poor quality standards and playing with peoples life.
