It is a very unfortunate incident that has happened to me & my family and I are truly shocked. We were hosting a family dinner last week, and we brought out our ketchup (which had been hal[censored]sed already in the previous week's family get together). However, when we poured out the ketchup into our dinner plates, we immediately saw some wiggling whiteness in the ketchup. Upon closer inspection - they were white worms - in my plate and the bottle of Maggi Ketchup. Alive, wiggling, moving about in my plate. Upon examining further, the bottle had multiple worms inside it as well.

Nestle is a brand that has held the trust of its end consumers for decades - but this incident has left me and my family pretty traumatised. We have heard of grievous health hazards in such situations, but never expected to be at the end of it ourselves. I am now extremely worried about my kids who use ketchup in their school tiffin sandwiches close to every day, and my guests who would have consumed the ketchup in the previous gathering (when this went unnoticed).

The place of keeping our bottle, the temperature and all other physical factors pertaining to storage have been the same for years - but never earlier have we faced this issue. I had purchased this bottle from DMart - on the online app and had it home delivered (in Mumbai - Andheri west) just about 15 to 20 days prior to this incident.

I would like to be compensated adequately for the inconvenience caused to us, and the stress with regards to my children and family's health, that is my primary concern.

This keeps happening. I orders two oreos and when I opened it, it reeks of oil and there's a high amount of oil oozing out of the packet. Why is this happening to something I got to consume?...

Worms in maggie noodles find this morning when I'm cooking maggie noodles take necessary action otherwise I'm lodging an FIR or if imp can go to court and MEDIA

In local shop, he charged 2 rupees in addition, without any cause .
Is that your marketing strategy?

Bought the entire packet of nestle classic coffee wholesale pack of 64 units.
(Rs 2 worth when sold per unit)
product should weigh 1.5 g, but this did not happen.
the packet was void of the product i.e soluble coffee powder.
this is not the first time it happened 3-4 units were empty in sealed packet.
i feel betrayed after paying the taxed price.
product was purchased from rohtak family mart, and the bill is still in possession with us.

i thereby raise my complaint against nestle India for not providing the coffee when i need it the most.

Am using Nestle cerelac for my baby and i found some black particles in it. When am mixing it is not showing anything but after 2 minutes that particles are showing. I have tried with mixed fruit and wheat also still observing some particles into it, and baby is not eating that....

Hi, I have purchased a refill pack of nan pro from Bandra medical on Friday the 22nd October 2021. To my surprise today when the box got half empty I could see a fat bug in the powder I was shocked n surprised . What the hell nestle do u sell bugs in ur probiotic new formula.

I saw worms when I was about to eat, when I checked the packet there was a alive worm

Got a call from indeed recruiter on job offer for canada and singapore and asked me to pay 1890 for application fee and post which attended interview with nestle Canadian company then they said i got shortlisted and need to verify my documents.. and they asked 32890 .. lot of difficulties i shared the amount ten after 4 days they got the report and did not share any copy to me ... then tey sent a mail my verification is good to go . Then i recieved offer letter .. which blunt and no salary structure or annexure is menyioned ... kindly guide me what should I do next ... so worried and pissed of ..

I registered the complaint with nestle in June but they didn't respond. Then again I registered the the complaint in July and they registered the complaint and according to the warranty they provide on the product if they couldn't solve fix the product they gonna replace it. And they agreed on on-call and email that they gonna replace the product on 15 July. Still, they haven't replaced the product yet and every time I try to contact them they say they are working on it but they haven't taken any steps yet. It's being more than 2-3 months since I registered the first complaint and being more than 45 days since they accept to replace the product but every time they are bluffing me

I bought a maggie pack of 4 few days back and cook 1 brick of it and found there were weevils floating in water i stopped cooking and looked into the pack there were a few more died in the pack and on looking further I found that there were some black fungus like spots into it also. I tweeted about it people from thier end called me and asked me to give them that pack for investigation process and they told me that they will take the action...

Two days back, i bought 3-4 packets of maggi from a nearby store in karol bagh. Unfortunately, today when i opened one of the packet, the maggi was in bad condition containing some form of powder over it.

I have been all time fan of maggi but this time i was quiet disappointed. I would really appreciate your interest in my problem. Enclosed are photos the maggi.

I brought maggie from the shop of nestle company. Ita manufacturer date of aug 2019 and it's expiry date is 9 month after the date of manufacturer.. But when i open pkt on 28/9/2019 found insects inside the pkt.. I m shocked to see bcoz nestle is a reputed company but this thing is really shocking for me. Nestle play with the health of public.. Action must b taken

I brought a small pack of maggi and was surprised to find a worm inside the packet.
That worm was discovered while putting maggi in the pan.
The manufacturing date is of August, ie. this month only.
Even after being banned, nestle did not learnt their lesson.
Just a brand name which is popular where people are finding insects in the packets.
How does FDA approve such products? even after so many complaints why no action has been initiated against such manufacturers!?

Today i bought two maggi atta noodles but found both of them completely different one was similar to plain maggi and both of them were of different color, packing was same for both the packets but one of them was not atta noodles instead it was plain maggi. And i was sure about it after cooking both the maggi seperately cause both of them were of different colour, please do something regarding this cause this is not fair.

Offer of rs 60 paytm offer was made with maggi sauce bottle. After complying with all 3 requirements, i had submitted the data to myredemption.in but a message flashed "maximum utilization exceeded" - means the amounts of rs 60 has already been used by somebody. Thus i was not given any benefit of credit of rs 60/=.

Nestle and paytm company has been defrauding customers by making false offers so please do not fall prey to their such campaigns as these will turn out to be fraudulent and customer would be exploited and harassed and no benefit would be given to customers.

Find caterpillar in pouch of maggi. I also attached photos of that with barcode of packet. I want justice on this and I never prefer to every one to eat like this food. Please this product is eaten by our child don't negligence like this matter. I also want reimbursement for this coz this is cheaper quality and also my child's health is also on risk if they eaten like this type of product....

I have been purchasing maggi 2minute noodles for a long time and every pack, for the last couple of months, has this problem that the masala is damp and not free flowing as it used to be. Today i found that the outer pack manufacture date and the inner pack, i. E the masala pack date is different. An expired masala packet has been packed along with a current noodle pack. This kind of cheating the consumers is not acceptable. I request the authorities to look into the matter.

Yesterday i purchased it from one of the chemist shops close by my house. When i opened, i found black particles in the baby powder.
Infant foods should be most carefully manufactured and tested. It is one of the most sensitive foods.
Seeing such black particles, breaks the trust of the powerful brand - Nestle
This has not happened for the first time but repeatedly its is happening. Both with Lactogen and Nan Pro milk powders. When customer is paying a heavy price, she expects the product to be pure, free from foreign particles. Baby's stomach is sensitive to any foreign particles. Introduction of such foreign particles will even lead to baby's death. I will definitely, claim for the money that i paid
Really, Nestle is not a brand to be trusted

I purchase nestle nan excella pro 2 dated 8/06/2018 witch batch no 80656661t1 for my 9 month baby. From the birth, baby drink this product continuous. But, this time i mixed milk with hot water. But, milk is not mixed properly with water. See, milk is consolidate like dust.
I call to representative of co & mail to company dated 13/06/2018. Then, get a phone call from customer care of co same day. Company representative come my house dated 14/06/2018 & test milk with water & tell my some problems has. Then, force my for replacement & return money. But, i refuse proposal. Then, they want sample for examine there quality control laboratory. I give there sample for test.
Please, take necessary action for baby against company.

Hello i had bought a sunkist apple juice. And when i drank half bottle directly my mouth afterthat i decide to drink juice in glass.. When i check my juice glass then i shocked too much.. There is fungal growth in this.. I attached video in this complaint check glass ofjuice there is lot of fungal growth... Dont drink this juice... Beware all. Plz help me now what to do...

I bought a nestle chicken maggi (Pack of 4) from a normal grocery shop near my apartment in bengaluru whitefield.

Exactly after 4 days i opened the packet to prepare noodles for my dinner, the two cakes of maggi on the top (From the side i opened) was completely fine, i put those two cakes in the boiling water and later took the below two cakes of maggi, i was surprised to see that the maggi was completely contaminated.
Please refer the images uploaded, i was really shocked to see that.

I bought a new cerelac stage 4 milti grain and fruit. Yesterday night i fond it has live worms which is very hard to trace as it look same as apple peel pieces. I douvle checked the expiry and it says september 18. I have been using cerelac from past 9 months for my daughter and now i am scared whether i feed her worms in baby food. How can we trust on these food which is almost lifeline for all babies.

My complain is for milky bar 26 g product of nestle, i bought is today from local grocery shop and i ate it around 10 pm. After 1 hour, i started feeling pukish and puked 4-5 times. I was feeling very low and stomach pain. I was totally fine in the evening. Then, i just checked milky bar wrapper and found out that they have delivered me expiry product. I want take nestle to the court and action to be take against the company and retail store i bought it from.
