Net 4 has, amidst insolvency proceedings, been silent in response to queries from customers who have been unable to renew or transfer domains.

You can write to the .IN Registry([protected]@registry.in) to solve your query they will respond immediately .It works for us we able to move out of net4

The company is not responding to any of their services except receiving payments. Looks like Bankrupt. Not even refunding money back for cancelled orders. Someone has to take strong legal action. For domain renewals not providing us an auth code to shift domain else where! None of their numbers are working and the chat is disabled. No response to tickets.

I would need an authorisation code for transferring the domain to another service provider
