I had made a payment for my domain renewal at net4.in.
It was done in april and now it’s september.
They have not provided any assistance for it. My website is not working for months now even after payment.
I’ve sent multiple mails but horrible customer service. No response from the team. I’ve also generated multiple trouble tickets. All their numbers are out of service.
If you’ll can’t provide assistance what is your company for. Shut it down and refund the payments done!!!
