Since the past 4 days or so, all of a sudden, i am unable to send any emails from my outlook or my mobile app. After much trouble, one manages to get through to a service rep on a call. The interaction is so frustrating because they refuse to hear you out and instead, insist that the issue is not at their end but its with outlook and the email app on my mobile phone. Any logical person will appreciate the fact that when the issue is common on 2 separate email applications, then it certainly has something to do with a problem at net4india's end.
