I am trying to renew my hosting package, my wallet was empty so I asked for help, they immediately responded and asked me to load the currency. I loaded INR 5000 to the account and my so called dedicated account manager told me that it will be renewed automatically. Suddenly I found that both of my websites are down. I checked with customer care executive and they are saying your hosting package is expired. Since then I am trying to communicate with the sales team but there is no single acknowledgement for my mails.
It seems that they become the top most company of the world and they don't need any customer. For the name, they have dedicated account manager but they dont response at all. Was this information helpful? |
