i am myself suffering, i have recharged my cyber wallet for rs. 10k just a week ago it is still not reflecting and one of my domain names has gone in redemption as i have not been able to renew the same as my cyber wallet has not been charged by them inspite of taking money, no one is answering the phone and no one is even replying to emails!
