[Resolved] Netfire BroadBand — Internet is not working and no response from customer care

Dear Sir, I have applied for netfire broadband last month on[protected]. I have paid Rs 2000 as installation charges. I was able to access internet only for one day (paid Rs 1100 separately for that) and also installation is not completed properly. I'm not getting internet and no one came and fixed the installation. Service provider is not answering any calls too and even if they pick up, they are not responding properly. I would have made around 300 calls in this 3 - 4 weeks but only in vain and pretty much frustrated. Requesting you to please take necessary action against these cheats. Dear Customer, We have received your order for a Spectranet Broadband connection in our systems. We are currently processing the same and you would receive a verification call shortly. For any further details, please contact Spectranet 24/7 @ Delhi/ NCR:[protected] Rest of India:[protected] Warm Regards, Spectranet 24/7 ======================================================================= Also i have received User name & password details over SMS. Please take necessary action against this fraud Guys.

Hi, I have got a call from netfire (Bala). he visited my home & fixed the issue completely. hence i am resolving this complaint.

Netfire customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi Sir,

Still I haven't received any calls from Netfire, I tried calling them multiples &amp; went in vain. Luckily they picked up the call on last Saturday when I tried from my friends mobile, they are lying to me that you haven't called at all. After that, I have asked them to visit &amp; complete the installation or refund the total money (3100) which we have paid for the connection. No response After that all, not picking up any calls.

Kindly request you take strict action against this Fraud Guys who are making the people very frustrated. They have to Blacklisted so that it will be helpful for the future Consumers.
