I had placed my order on 26/05/2023 because expected delivery was 1 day. If I knew that it's just to get customers to use your online pharmacy I would have never placed my order. I have urgent requirements for the medicine and saw that Netmeds service will be fastest. But it's just fake. If netmeds can't fulfill what you have mentioned on the application, at least don't write it.
My order has been in transit since 2 day. I have skipped my medicine since 3 days. I am trying to reach out to customer service number but as usual no one is answering it. I have written so many email but yet I receive same reply from different people saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience" I don't want your sorry, I want my medicine delivered to me as soon as possible. I am not able to get the medicine in my city that's why I order it online but it was a huge mistake. Have some humanity. Was this information helpful? |
