I ordered medicine of Rs1080 on 8th May, 2021. They took ten days to respond to the order and when i saw it was cancelled.I tried talkibg to the customer service but they are not responding to it.They have not yet made any refund.This is the worst experience i had with any online portal. I want the money back.

We tried reaching you through your registered mobile number since the valid prescription was not attached to process the order but the calls went unanswered. Hence we had to cancel the order and initiate a refund.
